Field jobs list on mobile site
Is it possible to get the field jobs on the mobile site sorted by appointment time ?

Client Contact Info
We have a couple of clients that have multiple sites. We've entered the sites as individual contacts for the client. Each site has information that is specific for that site. I've entered that site-specific information into the notes section for the appropriate contact. I need that information to show up in my google calendar appointments if possible so that our techs can see it quickly. Many times that information is a gate code. At the very least I need the info to show up in the service request.

Printed name of the person who signs for the invoice
It would be very helpful if the invoice will show together with the client's signature also the name of that person who signed for the invoice, as the person who signs is not always the customer name on file. When clients sign for their digital invoice, there is already a space that can be edited by the invoice, but that info is nowhere else to be seen when the invoice is generated to printer or PDF.

Invoice Balance tag
Would like an invoice balance tag to have the customer have a quick glance via email without going to the portal. So, if a customer takes a glance at their balance in the email and think to themselves, they have enough in their bank account, they could pay it right then and there. Should help make paying bills easier for the customer

New Report: Statistics Comparison (For Locations and/or Employees)
Hey guys,
I'm constantly getting nagged to provide report stats to each of our locations. Each team (and most techs) always want to know how they did:
- Who had the most new tickets
- Who made the most invoices
- Who billed the most money
- Which location was the busiest
- Other stat comparisonsReally, it's mostly information currently available in the Overview Report. The issue is that I don't feel comfortable with everyone (or anyone for that matter) seeing our Last Month, MTD, Last Weeks, etc Gross and Net numbers. I just want them to know which…

Give portal users the ability to see multiple customers.
I do a lot of contracting work. I would like to give my client the ability to see multiple customers. Example: Portal User abc needs to be able to see Customer ID 1 and Customer ID 22 under one portal login.

Add app support for Pushalot
Just like Pushover, Pushalot is a Windows/Windows Phone version of the app. Pushover currently does not support Windows Phone so it would be great if you could integrate Pushalot for Windows Phone users to receive notifications too.

Can't print label if special character used in "Name" field for inventory item
I stumbled across an interesting issue. I added an inventory item that had a special character in it. Specifically, the TM (trademark) special character. I was able to add the part Ok and it looks like RepairShopr even strips out TM symbol once the part is entered. However, when I went to print a label, I received an error. I had to re-enter the part in without the TM symbol in order for the label to print for me correctly.

Header pages
When printing invoices and tickets, would be nice to have a header in the pages with the invoice number, date, time, and number of pages; to make sure we don't mess up the papers.

add to your API - quotation creation would be awesome!
If you could add estimate creation API to your existing API it would make adding quotes a possibility programmically - we've already coded integration into our major vendors and being able to push a quotation from our vendor to an estimate for our client would be really, really nice (like changing 10 steps into a single step kind of nice!)

Post incoming/outgoing CID updates to ALL open Tickets
The incoming and (soon to be posted) outgoing CID hidden ticket updates work extremely well for keeping track of communications during open tickets; but only if there is ONE ticket open.
When multiple tickets are open, the CID ticket updates only post to the NEWEST ticket. From out experience, when a customer calls in, they often reference multiple/all tickets they have open. As such, it would make sense to post the incoming/outgoing call data to ALL tickets that are open.
This wouldn't effect anything negatively since CID ticket posts are hidden, so it won't make printed tickets longer or anything.…

Add Subjects for “Arrival” and “Departed” Comments for Tickets with Appointments
We just found out that the mobile site for RS has Arrival/Departed buttons for tech's to check-in and check-out of the job. We NEVER use the mobile site since so many things are missing/different, however these are extremely handy updates to add.
Can you please add "Arrived" and "Departed" comment subjects for Tickets? Even better if these subjects would only show on Tickets that have an appointment scheduled. Thanks!

Inventory display on invoices
I would be very helpful if we could see all options and categories when adding inventory to an invoice as a line item, rather than having to type it first for it to auto-populate. Sometimes services or parts can have synonymous terms that weren't used when creating the inventory listing, making it difficult to remember the wording used for the item.
For example, OS Reinstall can also be called Reformat, and so on. Most POS systems have a visual aid that allow you to see what is in the inventory. This would be ideal.

Recurring invoices for customized timeframes
It would be nice to be able to choose Bi-Monthly or "On every *** & *** of every month. This way it supports NET15, or if you run them every 1st & 15th of the month.

ETA on Parts
I use the notes field to insert ETAs for parts, but it would be nice to have a field like order date that can be displayed on the parts list page to quickly glance at ETAs of all parts.
Also, when auto bill is setup, it will bill parts that have not arrived. Holding parts from invoices until marked as arrived would save from having to explain to customers that their part is coming and "the system" just billed you before it came in.

Email notification for New Contracts
Add email notification to the admin of the account every time a new contract is created or be able to assign them to an employee who will be following up on the contracts or subscriptions.

Inventory List
After clicking on "Inventory," is it possible to make the Category section dropdown an active item. The end result is being able to change categories for individual products from the list view. As it sits, I need to edit each product individually by going into detailed view. Just a suggestion. Thanks for the great system.

Remove the Duplicate reference to "Payment Method" in [Change Invoice Details]
We've had some confusion when trying to edit payment history for Invoices, in regards to the payment method used. If a payment is entered incorrectly (like we say they paid in cash, but they actually paid by check) certain users have the ability to go back and fix that entry. The problem is that there are two ways to adjust payment details:
You can click on the payment date link on an invoice, which brings you to the /payments/ page, then click the "Edit" button and then change the drop-down called "Payment Method".
