Create search for Custom Customer Date Field
We use the customer custom fields to track a lot of information. Several items have expiration dates. For example, Virus protection expiration date or Office 365 expiration date. I would like to be able to search all Virus protection expirations happening in the next 30 days or 60 days or maybe some other date parameter. That way, I can email those folks about scheduling their renewal. You can search all other customer custom field except date??

Bring Back the Fast invoice
It used to be very quick to create invoices. After you were filling the customer details it would've created the invoice straight away. Now you go create invoice and instead of sending you to the invoice screen you get the screen with the customer details and then you need to click on create invoice again. Thanks.

Allow scheduling of ticket updates
Allow users to schedule updates to tickets. For example, you start a hard drive clone at closing time, you can then type "Hard Drive clone complete." when you start the clone and schedule it to post that at 9am the next day.

Complete Dropbox Sync
Ok, We already have it where we have a live backup of our data put into our dropbox. So the ability to link dropbox is already there.
Currently, we have to use Zapier to create a dropbox folder for each ticket we make, it would be great however if we can have it so when we upload an attachment to a ticket it would go directly to that dropbox folder, as well as the ticket paperwork and invoice. Current it is a hunt and find situation and we use dropbox business to sync tickets and invoices among all our guys…

Remember the customer in Custom Widget
It would be great if the customer that have to fill out the "customer info" fields did'nt have to fill out the entire form each time. Maybe it could be some kind of "Remember me" function that saves the info.
Some of our customers has to fill out these forms several times each day.

We would like to show information boxes for the fields to explain for the customers exactly what we mean when they are showing a dropdown or text fields with options.

Conditional Logic in Custom Widget
If chosen iPhone show these fields, If Mac show these fields. We have to ask our customers to turn of FIMP on only iOS-products, but not on Macs.

Inventory Quantity In Product Detail page
It would be nice to have the quantity of an item listed on the Product Detail page. Currently if I go directly to a product, I can't see how many I have in stock without backing to another page that shows quantities.
It would be convenient if it was listed right there on the Product Detail page.

Can the label for Tickets be changed to Work Order or Repair Order? Basically instead of using the word "Ticket" I would rather use the word "Repair Order" on the system and in all communications with customers. Also, any plans the include the GoPayment from QuickBooks as an app in the near future?

FreshBooks has a cool feature
U don't like FreshBooks for a number of reasons but they have a feature That lets you know if an invoice has been viewed by the client. Very helpful

Create a button for employees without special permissions to check their timelog
Right now, I've got several employees that have to check their specific timelog by going to repairshopr.com/timelogs. While we managed to figure this out by playing around with addresses, it would be very helpful to have a button that allows non-admin employees to simply check their own hours clocked in.

Estimate upgrade
It would be great to be able to make the estimate look a bit better. It would be great to be able to change the font, underline, Bold words, things that a simple text editor would do.

Add auto infill for the address when using Multiple Contacts
Is there a way that we can 'Copy' the main address? When I add a contact to a client/customert, a business client the contact will 9/10 be at the same address. Can we not have a button that we can click so it automatically updates to the 'default' address?

Options to select light or dark color scheme of the top bar. (Hard to see on tablets)
My repair staff are using tablets as the interface for working with the repairs that come in. So when they view the repairshopr interface its a mobile version of the web. I had some complaints from my staff that the icons where they click to search are hard to see. The color scheme is light gray on dark gray. It would be nice if there was a way to select different color schemes like light vs dark, or something with more contrast. Something different so these guys can see the buttons. in the top bar on their tabets.

Right off costs over a period of time
Say a piece of hardware costs the company £1000, we can assign that as a cost in the inventory, but what if its on "Rental"
We should be able to right the cost of it down over the period of the rental
For Example, We rent it out for £75 a month
We should be able to assign a percentage or fixed amount off the "cost" priceso by the end of the contract the cost price of the equipment has gone from owing us £1000 to the new amount. reflecting the usage of the item.

Logistics Filters
Filter logistics similar to Inventory and Tickets (Locations etc.)
Applies more for admin users who have a global view of all logistics, rather than just the location they are signed into.
