  1. Option to mark Restricted Access Tickets

    I wish there was a way that I could create a ticket/customer and only have it see-able from my account (Global Admin) and the assigned tech. We get a lot of customers that are scammed online and are very hesitant at giving any personal information even when I tell them it's only view-able from our tech's.

    Certain clients (Companies, doctors, etc) have confidential work orders that are always assigned to the same tech to ensure data is as secure as possible. This can cause several issues, when the tech wants/needs to remember details but can't write notes that are viewable…

  2. Allow Multiple Invoice Templates

    For our business this would be great because products come with different conditions, warranty periods etc. At the moment, I have to edit the invoice disclaimer each time we sell a product.

  3. Add a Captua to Leads request

    We've been getting a ton of spam leads through the leads module. Could you please add the option to have a capture so that bots can't easily send us spam? Thanks!

  4. PayFast Integration

    Hi, We tried to use PayPal for our payment method, but because we are using ZAR currency, they can not use PayPal. As it does not support this currency. We would love to integrate PayFast instead of PayPal so that people can make payment on thier invoices through bitcoin or credit card payments using a secure platform.

  5. Time Track Report

    Time Tracking Report is Very hard to read from a payroll standpoint. Can we have each day be its own line with an "In for Day", "Out for Lunch", "In from Lunch" and "Out For Day" column with the total for the day next to the far right column?

    This would make it easy to see if an employee forgot to clock in and/or out.

  6. Create an eBay integration solution to sync purchase history directly to Repair Shopr Purchase Orders.

    It would be nice if there is an integration between Repair Shopr and eBay that can create Purchase Orders from the Purchase History in eBay. Or something like what Quickbooks online does when connected to a bank account. QB imports the bank transactions and puts it under the banking tab for us to decide where it needs to go.

  7. Add leads to the mobile app. Nowhere to be found.

    Add leads to the mobile app. Nowhere to be found. Also push notifications to the device that has the mobile app when they get a lead.

    This way when I get an email about a lead, I can respond in the lead area instead of outside RepairShopr in my email box.

  9. Set an option to export Return Requests

    In our stores, we send returns to a 'Returns' location to be processed by a staff member. He then places stock into the returns manager based on supplier. If we were able to export an RMA request as a CSV and include an option to add a fault to each product.

  10. Make a reporting feature to show number of items per invoice

    This would help to see how effective we are at upselling accessories. We have a goal of averaging 1.5 items per invoice, but it is currently too hard to track.

  11. Daily Open Ticket Email

    I would like an option to send out an email to all technicians with a list of all the tickets that are open in there name. plus at the bottom have a list of unassigned tickets.
    It could be a nice way to start the day.

  12. option to disable stale tickets

    We trigger everything on due dates. Stale tickets are not meaningful as we have tickets created days or weeks in advance of when they are due.
    The ability to disable stale tickets in the ticket view (not the dashboard) would be helpful. Even better would be if all the color customizations available in the new dashboard were also available in the ticket view.

  14. In the RSR Mobile App, we need the ability to apply a single Square payment to a number of invoices.

    While the RSR Mobile App integrates with Square (Full RSR App does not), it does not provide the ability to apply a single payment to multiple invoices. So ... if we could add that functionality into the RSR Mobile App or add Square integration into the Full RSR App that would be great. Either solution would work!!

  16. Ticket item to refurb

    It happens quite often that we book an item in for repair thatbfor one reason or another does not get repaired.it would be great if you could send the item from the ticket to the refurb module as there are a lot of time we have items donated or we purchase items that customers don’t want to repair and so this would be good.

    I would love the ability to merge multiple invoices from one ticket together, instead of sending the client a "crap load" of invoices for one job. This would be so gr8!

  18. Can't Add Existing Asset To Ticket

    With the new layout for the Tickets, there is no option to select an asset that is already in the system for that costumer. The only way we can find the asset is by typing in the name but this does not always work. Some costumers have multiple computers of the same model so we wouldn't be able to see the serial number until we selected one and then we'd have to clear out the asset we chose and try and find the correct one making more work for us. There is also the possibility that someone spelled the name…

  19. Estimates Views and Filtering

    In the Estimate page, give options for filtering out Invoiced Estimate or check boxes to filter which estimates you need to see. Current sorting is not ideal for us. I would just like to a way to see only Approved but not yet Invoiced, and also Not Approved and Not Invoiced, and a show all when needed.

    I think it would be nice to either be able to break out Customer and Company. or at least be able to have different fields for them. That was I don't have to try and sort by email address when trying to find a certain customer within a company.
