Can't Add Existing Asset To Ticket
With the new layout for the Tickets, there is no option to select an asset that is already in the system for that costumer. The only way we can find the asset is by typing in the name but this does not always work. Some costumers have multiple computers of the same model so we wouldn't be able to see the serial number until we selected one and then we'd have to clear out the asset we chose and try and find the correct one making more work for us. There is also the possibility that someone spelled the name wrong on the asset so it will either take longer for us to look through their assets and find it or we might end up with duplicate assets not knowing which is the correct one we want. It was much better having a drop down that listed all of the customers assets so we could select exactly which one we wanted quickly.
