Ability to Sort the Open Ticket Dashboard by the Ticket Number
I have lot's of tickets at any one time. It would be really nice to be able to sort the open ticket dashboard by the Ticket ID number.
Since you require it to be an integer this really shouldn't be hard to do.

Document attachments in Vendor Detail
It would be helpful to be able to attached documents in the Vendor Detail section. We could then add pdf price lists etc. for easy review.

For privacy reasons, some people do not want their First and Last name displayed on their company emails.

Customer Assigned Inventory
I'd like the ability to assign an inventory item to a specific customer.
Background: Customer purchases and pays for 10 laptops. We order, receive and hold stock until the customer is ready to use them, usually for new starters.

Time Sheet Reporting - Schedule
The time sheet report is great, however it would be good if we could add a schedule to it.
We send the report to our accountant every Monday morning for the previous week. It would save a lot of manual work if I could set an email address for the report to be sent automatically at a set time.
IE - Previous week time report sent to XXX at 9.00am every Monday morning.

WorldPay Support Required in Canada
WorldPay integration looks great in the US but we desperately need it in Canada. Authorize.net can't take chip cards (all we use in Canada) and can't work mobile which our business and lots of other businesses require. Given you already have figured out the Compliance requirements with Authorize.net, how much additional effort would it take?

Turn off Autoprint on certain payments
It would be nice to be able to enter a certain payment type other than cash or credit card which does not automatically print a receipt but keep the receipt printing automated for cash and credit transactions.

Revamp the Mobile App for the new price hike
Consider making the Mobile App useful in the field. It's near useless the way it currently exists.
- Full sync without using intervention to the RepairShopr data.
- Format the fields so that it's presented in a mobile friendly manner. We use the credentials section to log all client logins. Accessing that on the mobile is frustration.
Clean up the GUI so that you have quick access to 1. Billing. 2. Time logging and 3. Customer data.
Calendar and Appointments that presents nicely, too.

Allow changing ticket timer creation date through the REST api
The api currently has no way to change the date that shows in the ticket for a timer created through the REST api. If you send a "start time", it does not effect this beyond the start time of the timer nor does it show this date on the timer in the ticket. Sending a value for "created at" when posting the request does not change the value. Please add the ability to set the "created at" property of the timers through the api.

Plain paper receipt printing
Please add the ability to print to plain paper for receipts. I tried printing on plain paper instead of using a Star printer, but the top and left edges of printing are cropped off by some few pixels even when printing to three different laser printers. Alternatively, please increase the top and left margins for printing receipts on plain paper. PDFs of receipts look just fine. I'd rather not have to generate PDFs and print them.

Easier Access to Online Portal & Easier Online Payments - Credit Card
We noticed an issue that has not only caused us issues, but is very confusing for customers. When customers want to log into their online portal, the only way they have access to this is the online portal link at the bottom of an email. You cannot go to repairshopr.com, or in our case, <insert store name>.repairshopr.com and have them sign in. Or at the very least offer 2 options when signing in: Users of Repairshopr and Portal Users/Customers. Otherwise the entire system is clunky and not user friendly.

Add physical location as an option for custom inventory labels
I would like to be able to add the contents of the "Physical Location" field to custom inventory labels.

Make product locations usable in templates and visible on the inventory page
When we generate packing lists/pick lists. It would be nice to have the product location printed on there also.
And when viewing products in the inventory screen, it would be nice to see thier location without having to go through to the edit product page.

Allow Cost to be Changed on Ticket View/Add Charges
Many times I make an estimate, then add the charges to the linked ticket. But my actual cost turns out to be different than I had it on the estimate, so I either have to delete the item and add it again or wait until it's invoiced and change it there. It would be much easier if I could change it on the ticket. Is there a reason cost can't be changed there?

Manual Item Cost and Price should be in the same order on tickets, estimates and invoices
When you add non-inventory items on ticket charges, you enter cost first then price which makes sense. But on estimates and invoice, its opposite which leads to errors. It should always be the same order.

Make the Repair Widget more universal for different types of businesses.
What I mean is I don't service "Devices" which is hard coded into the system, maybe it could be made more generic like "Item" .
Not everyone is fixing electronics... I fix Luggage, Purses, bags and other things... so "Devices" and other words that lean towards electronics and etc..definitely do not fit our needs.
If I want to use this I can't change it, it it just looks like I have bad grammar and English skills. Which ai kind mostly do most all of the sometimes ! So I need help whenever I can get it..

Option to add part order to a PO
It would be great to have an option to add a part order to an existing or new PO.
It is routine that our part orders are supplied by our normal vendors. To clean up ot the process it would be great to be able to click "add to PO" and select a PO for that vendor so regular inventory and specal parts can be ordered and tracked at the same time.

search part orders
we order a lot of non standard parts not in our normal inventory. but with current supply issues it would be great to be able to search the Parts orders to find when it was ordered and log tracking numbers possibly

Are there plans to make a tablet app for customers to check-in and log jobs
We have a few ipads in store that we would like customers that have been in before to be able to log in themselves and log the job
