  2. Allow for display of Inventory item photos in other places i.e. Estimates / Invoices

    It would be great if we could use the photos we upload for Inventory items (parts, labor, materials, etc) in various other places on the RS platform. We would love to put these photos to use on our Estimates for example.

    Currently, once a photo is uploaded and attached to an Inventory item's page, it's useless on any other page.

    I'm looking for a way to see last login for users. We have a large list of users and would like to see what employees are using RepairShopr or if their license can be freed up.

  4. Quickbooks database server manager starts then stops

    "Quickbooks database server manager starts then stops" this error is very common because Quickbooks uses a database to store all the data of the company and many times people face this error. When this error occurs then error messages comes up which states that " it can't contact the database server" there are several methods to solve this error- first solution is that you can run Quick fix my program from the Quickbooks tool hub, the second solution is you can repair your Quickbooks desktop installation, etc.

  5. Autoprinter pops up every few seconds when our internet is down.

    I know that autprinter needs internet to work, but is there a way to disable the pop up warning for it? Our internet was out all day yesterday and our secretary basically had to click out of the error every few seconds. It made it hard for her to type any documents or anything. Let me know what to do.

  6. Adding documentation to tickets

    Having documentation available inside of a ticket relating to the subject or problem. Perhaps use hashtags in the documentation to capture keywords so it can relate back to the ticket? Would be helpful for knowledgebase documentation or even "how-to" in RepairShopR.

  7. Estimate Message box needs to save text formatting.

    I realize that the template editor has defined template tags and you can use HTML to edit them, but this is extremely cumbersome to someone who doesn't have time to learn HTML in order to make a professional-looking estimate message.

    The estimate message tag/feature is something that is very valuable to me in my job, but due to its constraints, such as not holding onto any type of formatting (such as placing a space between paragraphs), it comes off looking very unprofessional to my clients sometimes. All I need is a working text box that holds onto the formatting once…

  8. A scan to check in and out system

    If there was a way to just scan the device barcode the we put on it and the system make a note of check in our check out. Then it would save time to type in system when deice is dropped off or picked up

  9. Add signature options for app

    We get sign off from customers for every job and having a place where we could quickly add a signature into the job would be great and then being able to easy pull off as a image. this would be supper helpful

  10. Offline APP

    Alot of times we do go onsite and there is no cell service or not good. If we could fill out forms and get sign from customer then when it connected it would sync this would be supper helpful

  11. GPS to mobile app to track techs

    Please add GPS for techs in field as we can track them and be able to check on them at any time. This is huge so we can give ETA to customer keeping them in the loop is supper important

    Make it so that a tech or admin can refer to a previous note in a new note. This could be either a reference number link or a threaded conversation.

  13. give extra decimal points in the cost field of inventory.

    Many inventory items I use have come in bulk packages, and the individual cost is more than two decimal points. It would make life easier if I could put costs in with more than 2 decimal points. I know it is a small difference, but it makes the accounting more difficult.

  14. require a "How did you hear about us" with only new created clients

    We don't need to know if they are already in our system. but if we have to create a new client profile it would be nice to have a dropdown and find out how they found us. google, facebook, friend, walked by, etc.

  18. Quick Button To "Clear Reply & Revert Status"

    Along with the idea to revert to previous status when a customer replies, can a button be added to acknowledge to reply and revert the status...
    My customers are polite and I spend lots of time clearing replies from customers simply saying "Thanks for the Update" A simple button that would "Clear Reply & Revert Status" would be a big time saver.

  19. Communications Log

    All tickets will now have a separate input for Communications, basic notes on voicemails or conversations with clients over the phone or by email. This will then be reported in a Log where you can see the last date that particular ticket had it's Communication updated similar to Geek Squad's Call log system for anyone familiar with that system. This will make communication with older tickets and help prioritize older tickets vs newer ones!

  20. Please add ability to see all Prepay Hours customers in one place

    Would like to be able to see all customers with Prepay Hours, either by being able to search "Prepay Hours" or have a page with all Prepay Hours customers listed.
