We noticed an issue that has not only caused us issues, but is very confusing for customers. When customers want to log into their online portal, the only way they have access to this is the online portal link at the bottom of an email. You cannot go to repairshopr.com, or in our case, <insert store name>.repairshopr.com and have them sign in. Or at the very least offer 2 options when signing in: Users of Repairshopr and Portal Users/Customers. Otherwise the entire system is clunky and not user friendly.

Another nice to have we have come across is the fact users have to sign into an online portal to make payments. The only option available to not have to sign in is via PayPal. There is no way for users to have a single link created when sending invoices to just log in and pay via credit card. Below this option you can give users a portal link as well. It would just simplify everything if users could just click a link, pay with a credit card, use one already on file, and/or add a card on file that links directly with their user profile in repairshopr. The link sent to them either is a one-time use or expires after a set period of time (lets say 24-48 hours). Not sure how feasible this would be, but it is a definite nice to have.
