  1. Woocommerce Sync for chain stores

    Hello,

    I have to mention that Repairshopr team has provided excellent software. Thank you guys for the great job.
    Here is my suggestion:
    Currently, woocommerce can sync from one location to the website.
    We currently have three stores locations. Assume their names A,B and C stores.
    Assume Woocommerce selected to sync inventory from store A. In this case it will show out of stock whenever store A is out of stock. This will eliminate the chance of showing the items in the other two stores B and C.

    I would be great if we can have woocommerce sync with all…

  2. Hide modules for unauthorized security groups

    Some of our techs are not authorized to view/edit Leads or the POS. Why not just make those icons hidden for the users without any privileges to them? Like non-admins don't see Marketr or Admin, and that's nice so they don't ask questions.

    It would be nice if having no view/edit privileges would just disable the shortcut on the toolbar completely. Thanks!

  3. Option to Rearrange Drop Down Answers for Custom Asset Fields

    Hello there,

    We have recently started using RepairShopr, and have been adding/editing things as we go to fit our repair process. One of the things that I have been editing is the asset custom fields. If I realize that there is a new option that should be included in our drop down list, I go and add it, and since there is no easy way to rearrange the list options, I've been copying/pasting together a new list.

    The problem that I just found with this is that by doing this edit, all of our assets custom field values are retroactively…

  4. Add bundles to WooCommerce

    We would like to have the bundles could also sync with WooCommerce. Right now it's only the commodities are being synced to WooCommerce.

    It will make it easier and sell more products!

  5. more functionality with reminders.

    Reminders are great but they need a couple of things to make them better. here goes:
    1. Notification when a reminder is created by another tech for you.
    2. sync reminder with outlook (office 365) tasks.
    3. create a ticket directly from a reminder rather than dismiss

  6. Client Google scatter or location Map

    It would be nice, to have a scatter map showing all our clients locations with a pin drop. Printable and with info so you could see Clients by City, clients by County, clients with in 1, 2, 5, 10 miles etc.

    Along with this with this it would be nice to have that data linked to MaailChimp and social media into, and referral sources to see more details about clients and location. Maybe a scatter map in RSr and the combined stats in DOMO.

  7. New Parts Order Notification

    When a technician places a parts order I would like for a little red number to appear on the parts order until the parts in the list have an ordered on date.

  8. Sequenced serialization

    We have serial numbers that are sequenced. Meaning, we'll be receiving serial number "CD0001," "CD0002," "CD0003," etc. all the way to "CD0100." The ability to insert sequenced serialization would be great.

    In other words, you'd have a field that says "Series beginning:" where I could type in "CD0001." In a separate field named "Series ending," I could type "CD0100." After doing so, each serial number in that sequence would be inserted.

    Atrex by Millenium has that function, and it was great.

  9. Electronic signature after payment for credit card only

    After we enabled electronic signature using the topaz pads I've had some complaints from my employees. While It works great if we're processing a credit card payment through repairshopr, It's a little less slick when taking other payments like cash, or check. The system still asks for an electronic signature even though it's not really necessary (with cash especially). Customers would inevitably feel weird if asked to sign after paying with cash. And the system won't automatically print out a receipt unless you sign.

    The only thing I could see them signing for with a cash or check payment method…

  11. Integration with IBM Dr Watson API

    Hey, I didn't know if you guys had ever seen or considered IBM's Watson API's for reporting integration. They make a lot of bold claims, and it sounds really cool. May not be suited for this application though, I couldn't say.

    It would be great if the repair widget could be custom made in terms of language. So that users can edit the headlines e.g. "What type of device do you have?" into local language.

  13. Customize RepairShopr view per location (multi store)

    We use the multi store and sometimes do tasks when in the wrong RS location.

    It would be good if we could customize the front end view for each location. The idea being that you know what location you are in simply based on a colour scheme or an obvious label at the top.

    The current system shows your location as part of your login name which is easy to miss.

  15. Include tickets marked resolved after payment in Performance Report

    After taking a payment Repairshopr asks if we want to close a ticket, which we almost always do. The problem is that resolving a ticket in that manner does not show who resolved the ticket. This leaves a whole in the Performance Report because usually the person who resolves a ticket is the person that took the payment. If this could be added to the Performance report it would be more comprehensive.

  16. Payroll App Integrations

    I specifically want to be able to export (prefer direct integration through APIs not just a CSV) to Gusto (Formerly Zen) Payroll Service for the time clock records. I am sure others might appreciate that ability into whichever payroll services they use - Intuit, ADP, Paychex, Square, OnPay, etc.

  17. Link customer purchases to the customer overview screen

    It would be great to see customer purchases that we've made showing on the customer over screen. We could then see at a glance if we've purchased something from a customer without having to go to the customer purchase tab and then search.
