Ticket Diagnosis Updates
I would like the diagnosis reminder emails a lot better if they included more than just the ticket number and title, ie include customer name. Thanks!

For sure... i think having the name in there would save time on each email, so we know if "there's a story" behind it and we can just delete the reminder. As it is, we'd have to click the link and open every one to know if its' relevant.
