This is totally a no-brainer, except, there are tons of implications. If we allow some HTML, what is the subset? Most of the formatting stuff? colors?
Once colors and sizing is allowed, does that carry through to the mobile view, to the template system?
It would take 5 minutes to put a wysiwyg on the ticket comment – but much much more consideration to do it really well in all the places ticket comments show up.

An error occurred while saving the comment Andrew Bley commentedI agree with this. We have rental laptops, and we would love a module that allows us to assign a rental laptop in our shop to a customer and have a specific intake form with the rental agreement we want the customer to adhere to.

Yes, agreed - I would love to have some sort of manual leads function that can be used for more than just email leads. (Would be even cooler if it integrated with common VOIP services like Jive and stored their phone number, but even just a manual add button would be more than workable)
