An error occurred while saving the comment Jake commentedThis would be incredibly helpful. A large portion of our customer base are business customers that have many different contacts. Having to go to customer to add a contact before creating a ticket slows down the intake process and gets confusing for some people in the office that don't create tickets very often.

An error occurred while saving the comment Jake commentedThis is still a big problem for us as well. About half of our on-site appointments are recurring, and while we can make recurring tickets, sorting through all of the tickets and making an appointment for the new one proves to be difficult. We also really need a way to have the appointments show up on the calendar automatically along with the associated ticket.

An error occurred while saving the comment Jake commentedThis would be incredibly helpful. A good portion of our business is on-site appointments, and people travel in a fairly large area. They currently have to call in to the business and request a manual punch for their lunches when they go to a lunch while in the field.
