Recurring appts on the appt feature -
I often need to create a series of appointments eg booking in weekly/monthly client/staff meetings but currently we have to create a new appt for each one. Having the ability to set up recurring appts would be a great time saver.

This is literally killing me not having this feature. Our business is built around recurring services and not having these appointments in the calendar while trying to schedule other jobs is extremely hard to do. At the least fix the outlook two way sync to include recurring events.

I totally agree this would be a great time saver for our company. This will also help by allowing us to put in the days off for our onsite techs so they do not get booked.

Been waiting a longggg time for this. When are we going to see this feature? Like others I have many recurring appointments. This is almost a deal breaker.

We have multiple customers with weekly and bi-weekly appointments and it would be very helpful to be able to setup recurring tickets that show in our calendar immediately so we don't double book

This is still a big problem for us as well. About half of our on-site appointments are recurring, and while we can make recurring tickets, sorting through all of the tickets and making an appointment for the new one proves to be difficult. We also really need a way to have the appointments show up on the calendar automatically along with the associated ticket.

This is still an issue for us. We have recurring maintenance appointments for many of our business customers. We have the recurring tickets being made but the attached appointments are not always making it to the calendar. We really need a way to have the appointments show up on the calendar automatically along with the associated ticket. It would be great also if there was the option to have it set appointments for specific days ie: the second Thursday of every month.

We have standing weekly and monthly maintenance appointments. Without this feature we have a very hard time making sure everything makes it on the calendar

I completely agree with this. We also have standing appointments with clients on a recurring basis. Often these appointments will spin off a ticket because we find a problem, or are asked to take on a tech project. Many of these appointments are set and reviewed months ahead of time. Without recurring appointments, it is easy to miss these regular appointments if we have manually create them. This has only gotten more important with Watchman.

I guess it got cut off, (I'm typing this on an ipad mini... But to add, if We could put the office tasks as re-occuring appoints on the calendar, this would save us from having to use two seperate programs to orginize the shop.
