We were prepping to start this and realized the narrow-scope version we were willing to commit to would just make most people upset that we “built it half way” – but we aren’t in a position to compete with docusign/etc and spend a year building a proper solution.
We could more easily help make a zapier/webmerge solution work if you wanted some automation, if we get a lot of feedback supporting that idea I’ll make it happen pretty quickly.

SignNow, at least, has an API that would probably work perfectly for this. Just got my NFR with them (via Pax8) and it seems to be a pretty solid digital signature solution.

An error occurred while saving the comment Jerry F. Nerviano commentedTo clarify: From my understanding, adding the SPF record should have been sufficient, but the domains don't "align", so are still getting flagged. DKIM would bypass this entirely.

An error occurred while saving the comment Jerry F. Nerviano commentedCould we, at the very least, get the option to format the appointment subject as we see fit? Being able to build them from tags, like we do emails, would be very useful. That said, I'd be happy with the currently proposed suggestion, as it's what I was actually looking for.

What if any appointment that had a location specified we could calculate the road-miles from your office to there, and put that in a report?
A little simpler than doing real vehicle/person tracking, still gets you pretty good data – and would be more realistic for us to quickly build.
Let me know in the comments..

I like it – thanks Ryan
Sounds like based on comments it needs to be (another) setting..
We’ll think about this further.

An error occurred while saving the comment Jerry F. Nerviano commentedAnything to streamline part ordering, or at least tracking, would be VERY useful!
Considering how few votes this has gotten since it was posted, I'm guessing this is (at best) back-burnered. Even so...
This would be great! I've wanted to implement an Incident/Problem ticket hierarchy, but that's not currently possible in RS. "Incidents" are individual requests or issues. "Problems" are ongoing and are often the root cause of multiple or recurring Incidents. Being able to link Incident tickets to Problem tickets would be very useful. It would also allow a Project/Task hierarchy, as projects tend to have multiple larger tasks that really need their own tickets, yet would also need to be viewable under a single project. It would be a good solution without having to build out an actual Project Management feature.
