Work has been underway on this and it’s nearing it’s release window of March 2021 (this month) pending final QA.

Hey -
How is this different than just making the invoices generate on the first and charge at that time?
I can’t think of a good reason to add the complexity right now, but let us know
An error occurred while saving the comment Martin commentedJust adding to this comment stream - this is very similar to a request I put in a while back about linking to 3rd party provider that can do Direct Debits.
If you can create an APi for GoCardless (http://feedback.repairshopr.com/forums/165658-general?query=direct%20debit) , which was unfortunately declined but I think you may have missed the point of this particular payment gateway - It's Direct Debit - therefore intrinsically bias toward repeat payments - please re-consider based on for an obvious need for a recurring payment need :) -

Appreciate the suggestion. Is the main change that you’d like to see everyone’s reminders in one place? Or would this be a different feature all together?
An error occurred while saving the comment Martin commentedI also +1 this idea. I think it would be really useful though, instead of just having a reminder open to the group marked as completed, if you could assign your name to it as the one who completed that reminder task. This way, if there is any need to go back to it for reference in the future, you know who to speak to, rather than contacting all your staff to find out who actually completed the reminder task

An error occurred while saving the comment Martin commentedHi Robert,
I'm a new customer and generally enjoying most features - still working out some of them, but that's usual. One thing I have noticed though with Repairshopr is that you appear to be trying to do EVERYTHING yourselves and I wonder if sometimes it's just better to look at what's already out there and simply connect to it via API?
This is a prime example... why not connect with something like 'collect for business'.. not only a reward system, but also a promotion system and can create all manner of coupon rewards. Why reinvent the wheel so many times unless you believe the wheel is inherently square?
Here's another great reason for using 3rd party apps to handle these typoes of things... online business!
Many if us have online trading too... 3rd party apps mean we get to blend all our interactions to singular systems... not updating csv files daily all over the place and taking up more of our time than it's worth.... just a thought
This is brill ! It's like you get in the big stores... so i presume it would work like - we identify certain products/services to group (like virus removal service & antivirus purchase), we tag these in inventory and then if a customer comes in and pays for virus removal service, and they also decide to buy a decent antivirus (because theirs obviously failed!) then the price would automatically discount the bundle to whatever we have decided the combo deal should be... without having to manually reduce the price at the till. I wonder if it could also be extended to function as a 2 for 1 deal creator?
