Charge credit card on due date
I have a lot of Managed Services clients who like to receive their invoice even if they are on auto pay. I see that there is a option to auto charge credit card on file. I would like to be able to set the system to auto create the invoice and then have a second option to auto charge the credit card on a certain date.
Here is my example, my clients invoices are created 14 days before the end of the month. I mail/email the invoices to my clients and they are always due on the first of the month. The system would then auto charge the credit card on file on the first.
Right now I have to manually go in and process the credit cards.
Thank you for your time.
Hey -
How is this different than just making the invoices generate on the first and charge at that time?
I can’t think of a good reason to add the complexity right now, but let us know

Just adding to this comment stream - this is very similar to a request I put in a while back about linking to 3rd party provider that can do Direct Debits.
If you can create an APi for GoCardless (http://feedback.repairshopr.com/forums/165658-general?query=direct%20debit) , which was unfortunately declined but I think you may have missed the point of this particular payment gateway - It's Direct Debit - therefore intrinsically bias toward repeat payments - please re-consider based on for an obvious need for a recurring payment need :) -

I would agree having the ability to future date invoices to charge at a certain time would be a nice addition.

Troy,
I thought about doing that but a client may have things such as service calls or parts on the invoice which can change monthly. They like to see them before they are charged.
