What would it take to make this happen. I know your super busy but I'm still hanging on a prayer. Maybe if you have 20 minutes I could show you how we do it in our current pos that we want to dump for repairshopr :)
An error occurred while saving the comment harvey mindel commentedWe are solution providers but it doesn't mean we want to give away the recipe. Imagine I want recommend a backup strategy which might consist of a ish hdd a backup program and maybe even some labor for on-site setup. I dontvreally want the customer to see how much they are paying for the drive, the software and labor individually. If so they can go online and buy it themselves for $10 cheaper ... Instead, we insert a subtotal underneath, and a package on top. Once it's a package we can see our total cost and add a margin. When the customer sees the quote or invoice they see the items with no individual pricing just the package price.
Like when we quote a custom built pc... Or server All the line items appear but just the total pc price is shown.

For IT Pros/MSPs you can now set override prices per customer via a contract. The rest of this might take a bit longer
An error occurred while saving the comment harvey mindel commentedAs an MSP we charge our customers in a variety of ways. Some customers pay $95/hr for remote suipport. Some $75/hr for remote support and some pay $0 because of their contract. We need to be able to set item sale price by customer or by customer type. This way it will be constant and techs wont have to guess.. Same holds true for onsite hours and bench repair hours...

Hey everyone – we have added the “Sync to QuickBooks Online” bit for beta_testers, if you are not a beta tester currently, you will get this feature in a couple weeks. We are not accepting new beta testers at this time.
For those of you that are beta testers, please visit QuickBooks settings in RepairShopr and select your Accounts Payable account for PO’s to sync to in QB and let us know here in the comments what feedback you have for it!
Thanks!
