Where? Isn't the only place this appears in the custom widget flow? (customer facing)

You are right! We are working on it..
One trick that usually works though is just guessing the URL. Like.. printers are at /printers, and templates are at /templates.

Ryan, this has been planned forever - although we don't describe it this way. It's part of serialized inventory, and it's almost done. We will have the condition and price moved to the "instance" of inventory items. You'll be able to have an item called "Dell Laptop" and each "serial" can have the condition, price, a link to the customer purchase, etc etc. Once sold, it will move to the sold pile and always be available for reference and not show "in stock".
Probably usable like this in the next month or two..

I talked to tawk.to, it sounds like there isn’t a way to do this right now – but they are building a ticket system now. They told me when the ticket system is out, we should be able to integrate to that. So you would make a ticket in tawk.to, and that could create a ticket in RS – it’s a bit fuzzy until they ship it.
You can follow that progress here:

Hey all - I really like tawk.to, looks nice.. works well.. What would the integration look like? Where would the "Create ticket" button show up? On the end user side, or the tech side?

Hey!
Thanks for the feedback, I like to think of it as:
"The oldest is the highest priority" - so they are on top.
You could reverse sort on the ticket number, and bookmark that page for now?

Just to clarify, is the idea here that you could create an invoice in RepairShopr as a draft and then choose when to manually sync it to Xero? This is the feedback we’ve heard recently from others.

We do have the date issue fix coming very soon - the date in xero should match the date in our system.

So, if you edit the invoice or delete it in Xero, we would have no way to know that. Then your systems would be out of sync. Shouldn't you do that editing in RepairShopr?

I wanted this same feature for our shop - that's why we had a checkbox early on in the software called: "Has power cord?" - that would actually trigger an additional label to print.
We had lots of problems making that reliable, and haven't figured out a nice way to automate this.
I love the idea, but we also made it so simple to print additional labels lately, that it became less and less important.. Are you finding that it's too time consuming to click print manually for additional labels?

This thread seems to be talking about different things – so I need to get clarification if possible.
When you comment on this thread please state if you want “gift certificate support”, meaning a template to print them or something, and maybe a way to track the balance – OR -
“gift card support via Vantiv” where you have to buy magstripe cards with your design, have a Vantiv account, and deal with loading / checking balances / and the regulation that goes along with being required to allow people to cash out/etc.
We can refer to these as “basic gift certificates” or “magstripe gift cards” in the comments.
Feel free to say you want both! :)
The Vantiv “gift card support” is a fairly large project that we would need to see a lot of votes to get going.
A basic gift certificate tracking system might be simpler and…

How many of the people that voted for this have bought a gift card to a computer repair shop?
Could you just print your own gift certificates to accomplish the same thing?
My feeling is we could probably spend our time building more important things, but let's keep this conversation going :)
The drawing plugin is really for touchscreen computers, tablets, etc. If you are in your office you should probably not have people draw with a mouse, OR click to sign - you should use a tablet or a topaz. We are not going to adjust this for internal flows like this for sure.
