Thanks for the suggestion, Eric. We’ll look at how that might work for future implementation.

Yes please. Add New Asset from the Ticket page.

    Can we resurrect this one?

It'd really speed my workflow if I could add an asset from the Ticket page. Right now, I need to click into the Edit page, wait for it to load, add assets there, and then Submit and wait for the original ticket page to load again.

There's a button for New Attachment or New Appointment for instance. It'd be fantastic to have a New Asset button (or item in the Action menu) to speed things up.

Similar tickets have been logged before and noted as 'Completed' with the instruction to click on Edit. Of course that works but, as described, it's not the most speedy or friendly way this could happen.

Agreed. I've accidentally created a new invoice when intending to load the existing one. Yes, I know I'm an idiot and clicked on the wrong thing but there's a big button marked 'Invoice' and I'm a busy idiot in a hurry.

Any chance of some logic to ask 'are you sure' if you click the create invoice button on a ticket with an existing invoice?

Yes. Yes, please. A button/option to create or attach an asset DIRECTLY from the Ticket Details page.

I know you can click on change ticket details and add an asset from there but it's extra clicking around that's just hassle.

Would love to resurrect this suggestion. There are lots of other individual suggestions for this same request but none has gained traction. Perhaps they were just missed or maybe it's not an issue for most — I'd love it though.
