Asset Creation in New ticket window.
I may be missing something obvious, but when you create a ticket, the best way to keep track of what customers have what devices is with Assets. The problem with adding an asset to a customer account during ticket creation is that there are several additional steps needed to do so; click the Asset box, click Create Asset, that opens a small window, select the custom asset type that was previously created by the Admin, hope the customer asset type has the correct information entry boxes, then fill in the information.
Couldn't this Asset Creation/selection option be integrated into the New Ticket page much in the same way as setting the Ticket Appointment? You click the Appointment button and a bunch of text input boxes pop up on the New Ticket screen. Essentially make it the same but for Asset Entry. Maybe a selection box labeled "Add existing Asset" next to the new info entry boxes for easily adding previously entered assets. A drop down box for selecting the Asset Type can be used and the correct fields populate below. It seems like there are several unnecessary steps in the current method of Asset Creation that could be completely eliminated to make a much faster, more streamlined and efficient method of Asset Creation/Selection.
