An error occurred while saving the comment Bob M commentedI would like this also. All of our technicians have their default ticket search screen set to "In Progress" however the way it is set up now, if a customer sends us a text, the status is automatically changed to "Customer Reply" which then removes it from the techs default ticket screen, thus off of their radar.

We are seriously considering this, potentially could get looked at closer this summer. Nothing imminent, but we are interested.

It would be great if this could be added to Marketr so an email could go out to all customers who have estimates that have yet to be approved or declined.
