AutoPrintr app for Raspbian - Raspberry PI
Hi !
We using Raspberry Pi in all our shops as a printer server which is connected to Google Cloud Printer Server all the time via "Chromium" app. Unfortunately as we all know Google Cloud Printer is still in Beta version and is working very slow time to time...
Any chance for release AutoPrint application for Raspbian ( Raspberry Pi ) ?

Integrate with Etilize and Real-Time Distribution Feeds
I use QuoteWerks because it integrates with Etilize for rich information on products (picture, specs, datasheets) and it integrates with the XML feeds from D&H, Tech Data, Ingram Micro, Synnex, and more.
I would use RS exclusively for my quoting if it had this feature, and it would only improve everyone's quotes. :)

Create Estimates from Leads
I would love to be able to create estimates from Leads. I'd love to have a clients' employee email in and be able to request work be done. Create an estimate so that our contact at that client can approve the work and have it turn into a ticket.
It would be even better to automate this workflow, but let's take this one-step-at-a-time.

Allow us to add an asset from the ticket detail screen.
I have an auto created ticket here, im looking at the ticket detail screen.

QR Codes for Inventory
It would be convenient to have QR codes as an option for inventory labels. They are smaller and take up less room. Right now we have the barcodes on the side of the parts drawers because they are so big. So in order to scan an item, you have to pull the drawer out first. Not world ending, but it would definitely speed inventory counts up

TIcket Status Changes...
As far as I can tell, the "Resolved" and "Closed" ticket status is the same. I suggest that RS change the meanings and the way they work:
To me, "Resolved" means that the issue on the ticket is resolved and Closed means that we are done working with the ticket and it is ready to be invoiced. After we invoice the tickets should be move to an "Invoiced" status

I believe this would be the easiest way to integrate with WordPress. By using gravity forms API you can integrate RepairShopr so that form fields will create new customer in RepairShopr and Wordpress at the same time or create a ticket which would be most likely the first two things that would be nice to have. Portal setup email
When I create a portal login for multiple people within an organization, it emails the appropriate user I setup, but in the body of the email, it does not use their name, rather, it uses the company contact. Can you guys fix this to that it user each unique name "Dear XXXX"

In House Dashboard
we would like to create in house tickets and not have them appear in the main dashboard or totals as they would not form part of the service desk duties, a separate dashboard for these tickets would be really great

Timeout Global Admin
Right now if you are logged in as a Global Admin the account never times out. We move around computers a lot in our office and there are times where we get side tracked and aren't logged out. This is a feature for non-global admin accounts, I would like to see it for all accounts. Thanks!

Allow Negative Inventory
I have brought this up before and am going to do so again. I would love to see the inventory system allow for negative inventory count. I do understand that for those using the back order feature that would not be possible. However I am more interested in having accurate inventory counting than I am in allocating back orders. Currently with the back order system off, if an employee sells inventory before it was able to be entered by the purchasers the inventory count stays at zero. Quickbooks Online - Create multiple "Accounts to apply payments to" options in setup
Currently ALL credit card, checks and cash have to go into a single acccount in QB that has to be manually sorted out in QB. If there were at LEAST the ability to have my Vantive Credit Card transactions posted into that account and Checks/Cash posted in Undeposited Funds, we would be saved hours of work each week.
Further detail - Our credit cards are posted to our bank automatically and recorded automatically when put in our Vantive QB account. i can't put checks in there. So all transactions go to Undeposited Funds now. I then have to go into…

Tech Hours Report - Viewable by Techs

Is it possible to allow our techs to view their billable hours? Much the same as admin's can, we'd like to have our staff checking their billable hours so they can take responsibility for getting their jobs completed.
