  1. Add ticket number to calendar subject.

    Currently the calendar shows something like:-
    "[RS] Customer Name , Ticket Subject, ZIP/postcode"

    Any chance it could show the ticket number somewhere? We push the appointments to google calendar and its very useful just to look at the calendar and see the ticket number and use it for reference or to search etc.
    How about:-
    "[RS 9321] Customer Name , Ticket Subject, ZIP/postcode"

  2. Appointment Creation - Default to send email notification, but not send ticket creation emails

    The appointment sending an email by default is handled by the "Tickets do not email initial issue by default" box found at Admin > Ticket Preferences > Advanced. If the box is checked, the appointments will not email by default, and if the box is unchecked then the appointments will email by default, just like the initial issue for Tickets.

    There is currently no way to toggle this on or off for just appointments.

    When we create an onsite ticket, we create an onsite appointment immediately after. I don't need the customer to receive ticket email creations, I only care…

  3. Add Snail Mail option to Open Invoice Reminder

    The Open Invoice reminder is a fantastic tool to automate sending out overdue invoices. But sometimes the email address on file is wrong, or an old account that isn't checked often. Or sometimes the client just misses or forgets about the email after they open it.

    It would be awesome if there was some sort of option in the Open Invoice Reminder to snail mail after a certain amount of emails have gone out, but the invoice is still unpaid.

    We use custom fields in tickets as a pre and post condition survey and would like to have photo's as part of that. I would like to have the option of 'attachment' or even web cam photo as a custom field

  8. Google contacts with zapier

    iv been using zapier to sync contacts to google but there's a few things that need to be sorted..

    1. Importing existing Customers into Google Contacts - even if there's a button we can resync existing customers to google contacts

    2. Figuring out a way to sync updates made to customers. Would we really have to delete the customer and re-add them in order to change their address? Or I guess we would just manually update it in both systems?

  9. Workflow Clunkiness- More Streamline for Deposits on Diagnosis

    How do you propose to show people the terms and conditions that they have to sign on intake? I know you have the topaz signing things but with those.. on intake they will not see anything that they are accepting terms and conditions for. They will only sign the topaz and not be able to see and scroll past the terms and conditions and then sign.. The only way I can think it would work would be 1 of 2 ways.

  10. Refurbs / Customer Purchases - Stickers and Worksheets

    Refurb system is brilliant and a great addition to RS.
    A couple of improvements from what we can see is the ability to add in worksheets and also print stickers from both sections.

    For us, customer comes in. We would take their details but we have no lablel to apply to the device. Then we would need to make notes of the specification and do routine checks (via worksheets).

    Then once this is completed we would pay them and then grab that detail into Refurb section. Again could do with worksheets to use for processes that we do with every…

  11. Add resources to appointments

    It should be possible to add resources to onsite appointments. For example if an onsite visit requires the use of company equipment then it would be great to be able assign this equipment to the appointment in order to book this out for that time and date, such as a company vehicle or other resource. This would also work for booking internal meetings, so that you could add to the appointment a specific meeting room and projector for example in order to ensure that it will be available for your needs.

  12. add manual item within Purchase Order - issue

    This is a great feature, however we find once it's added we have to go back into the item to amend some elements.

    Firstly, the vendor - surely this should auto select the vendor that the PO belongs to as the new item is being generated from within that PO.
    Tax Rate. Re-order and Desired qty options we also have to manage. So really the pop up box for "Add Manual Item" needs to include these elements in our opinion. The vendor and tax should be set automatically if possible.

    It would be very helpful to get start and end monthly values for bookkeeping, without a full stock take. It would be a good way to monitor stock and cash movements.

  16. Wordpress - Sync Users (Customers) Integration

    Is there a way to sync the users in RepairShopr with WordPress users (say as a customer role)? That way our customers can log into our Woocommerce based WordPress store using their credentials from RepairShopr and interact between both easily. This could also be extended so that the website integration form could pull down the user details if they have logged into the wordpress site already making the creation of tickets faster.

  17. Add "Ticket Worksheets" to PDF/Print drop downs on Tickets

    We recently stopped having ticket worksheets at the bottom of tickets, in an effort to save paper. We only need to print out ticket worksheets once in a while (for customers to review or walk through). However, without the tag added to ticket templates, there's no easy way to print the worksheets.

    A simple and efficient way to accomplish this would be to add a print out of the ticket worksheets as a single document; which could be Cloud Printed or PDF Rendered from the same drop downs that already appear in the tickets section.

  18. Add a current appointment to the Ticket list

    When showing the ticket list, it would be very useful to have a column that shows a current appointment. When a ticket shows the status of scheduled, we would like to see when the appointment is.
