  1. Customer referral rewards

    I was adding in a referral for a customer and thought it would be nice to have a counter on the referrer's customer page to see how many people they have referred to you. This way you can have rewards for loyal customers who spread the word around. Maybe have a system where after 10 referrals they get sent an automatic email giving them a coupon to print out. Something to keep customers coming back and telling others.

  2. Bundle items PDF file

    I would like to be able to print a PDF list of bundled items, excluding line item prices and costs, so I can easily make a price list for customers to look at.
    It would be nice to be able to list individual bundles as well as a list of selected bundled items.

  3. Estimate view within tickets

    Within the ticket you can create estimates and they show up in the "Work Approved" item. The problem I'm having, and fix I'd like to see is the estimate status. Say you've created 2 estimates for one job, one is declined and the other approved. It would be nice to know which is which by saying striking out the declined estimate and making the approved one bold or something.
    I find often times I don't know which estimate is approved without first opening it, and this would help that.

  5. Add a feature to use a bar code to scan for punch in / out time card

    It would be really nice to be able to create an employee bar code card to scan to punch in / out for the time cards.

  6. Matrix Items

    I would like to make a General product that has different colors to it.

    For example:

    A case that comes in black and white

    You can make the item "Case" and matrix the item into different colors. That way when my associates are adding items to a customers Invoice, they can type in "Case" and select which color the customer chose.

    This way we don't have to make 10 different items in inventory for items that have different colors.

  7. I would like to see the Mobile App have a Employee Clock in and Clock out feature.

    My techs take company vehicles home. Having them clocking in via the app would save wear and tear not to mention gas on equipment, not having to have techs have to drive all the way back to the shop just to clock in.

  9. make - (empty) dissapear completely if there is no first and last names

    I know that on the invoice template etc you can tidy it up with {{customerbusinessnameorcustomerfullname}} but everywhere else it looks messy and it annoys the crap out of me.

    If you have a customer with a first and last name and no business it doesn't say "First Last - empty" so I think for businesses that don't have a specific rep / owner that the same thing should happen where the word (empty) just doesn't appear at all!

  10. Purchase Order - Allow modification of pricing once items are received.

    I would like to see the ability to change pricing on received goods. Sometimes the price will vary a little from your supplier. When i get the supplier invoice i would like to be able to match it to the PO. Also have an option to save the new price to update your buy price in inventory.

  11. mark customer as a subcontract so invoice can be directed to different company

    I think this feature needs to be both on demand (for an insurance claim) and also per customer. I do a significant percentage of work as a subcontactor for other companies. I'd like to keep my tickets tied to the actual customer name, but I don't want that customer to see the invoice (or labor rate that I'm charging).

  14. Ticket automations based on comments/ keywords, not ticket subject!

    The ticket automations are handy but limited. I want my staff to receive emails based on keywords, rather than automating processes based on the fixed ticket subjects such as 'invoiced' or 'approval'.
    EXAMPLES:
    1 - As a manager, I don't want to get every email, but would like to see any emails that have particular keywords such as 'angry', 'upset' so I'm notified of any major problems.
    2 - I have one store simply as a dropoff centre, so the staff there transport broken devices to the main workshop and take them back once they're fixed. Currently the only way…

  16. Item Sales History

    I think it would be a good idea to put an items sales history in the product description page. That way you can easily track what invoices an item was sold on. This would help in finding quantity errors as well as general inquires as to who parts were sold to.
    A report would also be very nice.

  17. Customers and Assets - ability to color code or add icons

    Would be great if we could add icons to customers and assets. This could be used many ways. Here's one that illustrates it well.

    A customer calls in. They say they're from XYZ Corp. I start to create a ticket and as the customer comes up I see a couple badges that show they are an RMM customer and that that they have a certain type of agreement.   18. Email Intake Form (i.e. returns number) AUTOMATICALLY

    Customers may book new jobs online but must have a ticket number to attach before sending items in for repair.
    I must currently click the appropriate button to initiate this email - not ideal if I get too swamped to do this regularly, It defeats all the benefit of automation provided by Repairshopr!
    Can sending this email be automated so manual intervention is not required at our end? regards Dave

  19. Parts Kits created from inventory items

    The ability to select items from our parts inventory and name them as a kit, several of our service jobs use multiple items from the parts inventory sometimes 20 individual items with multiple volumes of these items, we could create kits, making it easier for the engineer to select the correct items and ensure stock levels are managed more efficiently.

  20. More Notification Badges

    We need more red notification badges. The one on the Leads sections is helpful, but too often I see unread customer replies on the Customer or Tickets section, that don't show up. We need the Red badge on Customer and Tickets tab. As well as the email/attachements tab inside of leads. That way when someone opens up a lead they can see if there is anything sitting under each section. My employees do not check that, but would if it caught their attention.
