  1. Deposit amount to Estimates

    It would be nice to have the option to add a required deposit amount or percentage to an estimate. Also maybe expand on options for estimates for things that are reoccurring.

  2. User Defined Reports

    A suggestion I have is to improve the reporting and have user defined reports. I’d like to be able to pick and choose different variables to pull from and export to CSV.

    Currently, for billing purposes, we would like to be able to make a report that shows.

  3. Multi Location Inventory Control

    It would helpful if inventory between locations could be separated. For example, one of our locations does not maintain stock on products that our other location does. For inventory stockout reports, the level of control between the two locations would be very nice! As of right now, if I maintain stock on items that only one location uses, I'm getting alerts for that specific product needing to be ordered when it does not.

    Just for clarification, we have multi-location inventory but this suggestion is to make it more granular “per-location” to have different settings per locations as far as what’s tracked/etc.

  4. Go Cardless Integration

    Integration with go cardless would be helpful. They allow you to take recurring payments that would tie in nicely with the recurring invoices.

  5. Allow users to set default 'Ticket Update' status

    I know this is probably a small suggestion considering some of the other suggestions here, but I think it would be helpful if it were possible to change the default 'Ticket Update' status so it is not stuck on 'Diagnosis' each time I want to send a ticket update.

    I understand that the current idea is that it stays at 'Diagnosis' until a diagnosis is made, then it changes to 'Contacted', but for someone like myself who works mostly with helpdesk requests, maintenance tasks etc that do not require diagnosis, I feel that it would be quite useful to keep…

  6. monthly sales report

    Hi, it would be nice to have a variation of the daily payments report that gives the monthly sales totals and in the different types (cash/card)

    Would make for much easier data for tax return purposes....

  7. ticket status on part status page

    Our technical department always ordering spare part, but commercial department and logistic department always looking ticket status before take action into. can we request one more column on part status page as ticket status.so they can proceed to order for some specific status tickets only.

  8. Calendar/Appointment Scheduler Should Honor Free/Busy Status

    As in most appointment booking/availability apps, RepairShopr should honor the Free/Busy status of each event. If an event is marked as "Busy", it should block the time as unavailable in RepairShopr, but if a calendar event is set to "Free", it should show as available in RepairShopr.

  9. Custom Search for Completed Tickets

    I need to be able to filter my tickets based on them being flagged as Completed. There doesn't even seem to be a status of Completed. I know you use have Resolved but we don't wish to use that, we want to filter than a ticket becomes flagged as Work Completed (when you make a comment with the Subject of Completed.

    For us, Completed means you have Completed the work. Then you Invoice which sets it to Invoiced (separate process for us). Then once the payment has been received and the job is 100% finished we flag it as Resolved.

  10. Contract override pricing

    We are using the contract override feature and it works great. With one customer though we have them set at a higher rate than standard, but it displays as discounts as per contract. Any way to edit this template wording

  12. Hide individual part prices in estimates and invoices.

    In estimates and invoices, I would like to see the option of hiding individual part prices. The reason for this is if we are building a custom PC for someone - we are selling the complete machine, not individual parts. The only price I want them to see is the final/complete amount. We offer a bundle discount when someone is purchasing a computer and having the part prices visible negates that.

  13. Add automated ticket approval emails for certain customers

    RepairShopr doesn't have an 'approved' or 'disapproved' status for Tickets like the 'accepted/declined' status for Estimates. For certain SLA customers we would like all tickets submitted by employees for a certain customer to automatically send an email to the main company contact to be approved or disapproved. The email would hopefully have a simple way for the person receiving the email to respond and automatically update the ticket as approved/disapproved.

  14. Tech Hours Report Summary

    I would LOVe to havr the Tech Hours Report to show a summary at the top of each user....

    Right now we need to scroll and scroll to see each techs time. If we could have the summary at the top, then scroll down to see the details, be an easy change the data is already there.

    A wish list later would be to have a graph beside each name with different colors depending on who is in the lead....

  15. Search Customers Purchase Oder Number on Invoice

    If the customer call us we have no way of searching for their PO number that is attached to their invoice on the system. it would be great if they quoted their purchase order number and we simply search for it hence bringing up the invoice attached to their PO Number

  16. Mobile Compatible Appointment Sliders

    The sliders on the Ticket Appointment section are far from mobile compatible. Updating to something that can be easy to do in say mobile Safari would be great.
    I use an iPad Pro with the full website for many onsite service calls. And creating a new appointment is aggravating playing with the slider to get at appropriate time.

  17. Add notifications for incoming communications.

    When adding a manual entry to the communications log, for instance a phone
    call, visit etc, there does not seem to be any way to send this to slack
    using the notifications?
    Is it possible to add this please?
    I'd like everyone to see there is a notification in the slack room.

  18. Vanilla widgets & custom CSS styles

    Frankly, whats the point in widget sitting inside a website that looks like it doesn't belong there and particularly is completely out of line with your type styles. Typography is probably the most important factor in your brand and useability of a website, especially considering the different screen sizes about.

    Widgets allow a custom html step, but this whole step cannot be used to inject inline css into the other steps.

    IDEALLY
    Widgets should be available as vanilla html and provide the ability to submit your own css styles.

  19. add leads manually

    Add an "add new lead" button
    - we would use this for customers that have called, but not worth fully adding to the customer database
    Currently we are emailing them in, which works, but its weird.

  20. Add product description to both the Purchases and Sales - Xero integration

    At present when creating a product in RepairShopr it creates the the product in Xero, however it only adds the desription to the Sales section not the purchases section.
    When entering the purchase bill into Xero and adding the product as a line item in Xero there is no description.
