  1. Auto close tickets after payment is received

    Once invoice is created and payment is received, would be great to have a setting where the ticket is auto-resolved because payment has been taken. Speeds up work flow and reduces number of clicks.

  2. Allow Different Email Addresses Config

    RepairShopr should accommodate ability to allow outgoing email configuration change to represent different tabs e.g. Invoices going from account@, tickets going from support@ and estimates going from sales@ and so on and so forth ...

  4. Bin system

    Two things that our company would really like to see

    a) have each location determine their own prices

    So in the inventory for example, each location can choose how much stock they have for each part. We also need to have this flexibility for prices at each location.

    b) A device location function.

    We would like to have a "device location function".

    Make this mandatory option that comes up in the ticket.

    We need two fields:

    1) one to determine if it is a phone, tablet, laptop, PC, or Other device

    2)

  6. Parts Section Change

    Is there a way that this could show the creator of the part request in the parts section, rather than having to open the linked ticket and check the assigned technician?

    Is it possible to have a feature or option to generate an inventory item from a part section entry?

  7. More Price Levels, Set Levels Manually or by Markup, Assign Levels to Clients

    In the system I am moving away from I had 5 price levels. Each level could be set to a particular markup, so you could have Cost, 5%, 15%, 25% type of thing. And then the most powerful part is that a client could be assigned a default price level so all items were priced by their level.

  8. Created purchase order numbers don't make sense!!!

    when i create a purchase order, it creates a a purchase order number with the name and date which is almost always too long for Quickbooks thus creating an error syncing, why can we not have just a starting purchase order number and each one i create increases by one no matter who the vendor is...

  9. Link invoices and tickets for customers

    Hi, My customers are having a tough time seeing ticket comments when invoiced, they can see the tickets (if they are open still, which we resolve after paperwork is sent in), but they can't correlate which invoices belong to which ticket. I realize there is an option to add ticket comments to the invoice, but the invoice would have to be resent every time there is a comment made on the ticket, which is not ideal.

  10. Add "cost to us" column in pending ticket charges report

    At the moment the pending ticket charges report only shows the total sales price, however it would be great if we could see the cost of the goods that are sitting in pending tickets as these items are no longer in stock but haven't been charged yet, so there can be a lot of money held up in this area.

  11. Have inventory search also search "Notes" session

    It would be nice if when you searched the inventory screen, it would also search the "Notes" field. I sometimes use that field for descriptions or Part Numbers that I don't want my customer to see but I still need to search by them.

  12. 1- Line Numbers on Estimates, when you have multiple items in a estimate, it would be great to reference the line number.

    1- I have quotes with 50 plus items.

    2- The account has a question on one item and we spend too much time counting from the top entry to find the product they have a question about.

    3- Just like a legal form, it will make the document more readable and offical.
    4- Now you can look at my line items to see which one you like, simple as 1, 2, 3.
    5- How about 3 votes each from you! Of course if you like the idea.

  14. Atera Integration

    It would be awesome to be able to integrate RepairShopr with Atera. We are looking to switch from MaxFocus/Logicnow/SolarWinds to Atera. Seems much smoother and robust. Just option to push invoices and assets from there into RepairShopr would be a great start. They do already offeran open API.

    Syncro takes all the PSA functionality you like in RepairShopr, combines it with a built-in and robust RMM, and adds more MSP specific functionality on top. So you no longer need to integrate RepairShopr with another RMM, because it’s built right in to Syncro.

  16. Notification in invoice when there is no dollar amount entered for item being sold

    when we fill out a preliminary invoice and use serialized parts and do not have a serial number to enter the system will let us sale the invoice with no amount for these parts, so we lose the money. is there a way for the system to alert us to the fact that no dollar amount is enterd on the invoice?

  18. Add items to invoice after marked paid in full, or append credit card fees when that payment type is method

    With the work flow with how you take deposits from tickets and it creates an invoice marked paid in full, we aren't able to add credit card fee line items automatically from there, so you're "Action-> Deposit" workflow method is invalid for us. Perhaps make it so invoices can have items added to it even when marked paid as full. (or just set it up so that whenever a credit card payment is used as the method, then a credit card fee is automatically appended to the invoice, which this would be a more preferred method!!)
