  1. Dynamic Asset Fields

    Would like to see dynamic asset fields when managing assets fields and while inputting new assets.

    What I mean by dynamic fields is have the fields prompts change as the user makes selections. As an example if I have a computer asset type. When I select the manufacturer the model types will only show that manufactures options base don how I entered the asset fields in the asset management screen. This would basically allow us to use 1 asset type for every single asset since the fields would change based on selections.

  2. Time clock in the apps

    Add time clock to the phone app. Sometimes the one on the website doesn't clock Out to Lunch and we are not always in the office or can't use a computer to do so when onsite at someone else's business.

  3. Enter purchase orders ex tax

    Most of my supplier invoices come though with line items being ex tax. RS purchase orders only allow for Inc tax unit costs to be entered, meaning I'm out with the calculator for every line item.

    Same is true when creating a new item, it would be good to have an ex tax cost feild that operates just like the ex tax sales price on the item.

  4. Add change history to the security group permission section

    At this point the only option is to have every employee set as a global admin so they can follow along on the history of a ticket... please add this option "View Ticket Change History" to the security group list.

    As an example of how this could be useful: When a customer replies the ticket gets set to customer reply... Lets say the customer replies "OK, thanks".

    An employee reads the response, then looks at the bottom of the ticket view to see in the change history what the status was before the customer replied so they know what to…

  5. Return to Previous Status After Customer Reply is Read

    This would be EXTREMELY helpful. A lot of times we don't remember what status the ticket was in and have to spend a few minutes figuring it out. It also results in technicians not seeing work that needs to be done until we move the status back.

    I know this feature wouldn't be helpful for some workflows but it would be nice to have it as an option that can be enabled!

  6. Google Drive integration as alternative to Dropbox

    Ive always been curious why Google Drive integration isn't offered in the same way that Dropbox is.
    Google drive is so much more functional and integrates with all of Googles other products.
    Is it not possible?

  7. automatically hide older closed tickets on customer portal

    I have a customer that uses the customer portal for sending me tickets. This is a public library and they end up sending me alot of requests. They are telling me that the list is getting very large. Would love to see it hide closed tickets.

  8. tax inclusive/exlusive label

    When entering a new product into inventory, the retail price advises to enter the tax inclusive price, but the price cost does not advise one way or the other - it makes in unclear as to whether the price should be tax inclusive or not. It would be good to have the field label amended to indicate whether tax is included or not. E.g. Price cost (tax exclusive).

  10. Recurring Reminders

    We use reminders to notify us of sales opportunities but the reminder disappears after the event. It would be great if we could set a recurring reminder to remind a customer that their antivirus is due for renewal, this would save us from manually creating it every year. We could do it as a recurring invoice but as at that point, we've not sold them anything it gets confusing.

  11. Afterpay Integration

    afterpay is becoming a pretty common payment method (here in australia anyway) seeing in crop up everywhere, i have had a few customers come in that are asking after it, and it has interested me on the idea. i would like to see this looked into as a computer sale business it makes sense to offer payment plans on items with minimal risk, (all risk is consumed by afterpay and the company selling the goods gets paid the items full value upfront.)

  13. Contract Management Updates

    I'd like to see some time and attention put into enhancing Contract Management. This could easily be accomplished by combining several existing features into an improved Contract Manager. And I think you would greatly increase your MSP ability.

    Currently there are 2 built-in options for contract reminders.

    The first is just that, creating a reminder on the actual contracts page. The problem is this doesn't show up anywhere. Why doesn't the reminder get listed on the contract page? Now I have no idea if there's actually a reminder or not. Sure I could go do the reminder screen, but that's…

  15. Remove 5000 Limit on inventory quantity.

    We stock several small items like washers and zip ties and the 5,000 limit is preventing us from showing our actual inventory level. Can this be a simple fix? I assume no one has ever needed this since I cannot find a single instance of it when searching. Please bump it to 10,000 if able. Thank You

  16. Tyro Integration

    Unlike the US, Australia and many other counties don't use outdated Magnetic Strips on Cards anymore, we are heavily dependent on Paywave. Services like Stripe ect. Simply don't work over here. We use a EFTPOS Machine (AKA Credit Card Terminal to yanks) called Tyro. It has great rates and is compatible with all banks and supports integration. Integration would be a HUGE benefit to our business reduce error, and time to process the sale.

  17. Full How-Tos (AutoPrintr, Receipt Printers, Cash Drawers, etc)

    I think it would benefit many of us if you had full step-by-step instructions for installing hardware and software common to many/most of us. For instance, your TSP100 setup instructions skip many steps and even finding the right configuration utility was difficult. (The TSP100 LAN software includes at least three utils). Please consider putting full beginning-to-end setup instructions up for supported receipt printers and cash drawers, and please give more detailed instructions for setting up AutoPrintr.

  18. Drag and drop scheduling

    It would be nice to see all open tickets and be able to schedule all from one place. Using a drop down menu seems clunky.

  19. Email Reminder: Tickets Due Tomorrow

    This has great potential, but should have custom options like When it is sent. Right now I receive these emails at 10pm the night before they are due. This doesnt allow for much follow up time. Being able to pick when this sends as it applies to the individual businesses should be available.

  20. add due date to calendar

    I'd like the option to show due dates on the calendar (without it counting as a scheduled event) to help visually remind myself and other technicians that a ticket is coming due. We are used to seeing when things are due on google calendar so this would be helpful as I transition the shop over to repairshopr.
