  1. AUTOMATE Special-Ordered Items into LOGISTICS upon Line Item Creation on INVOICES

    Right now, if you estimate a line item that has to be special-ordered (a manual line item), once you convert that Estimate to an Invoice, these are the steps that must be made, in order:

    1. You must MANUALLY create a new Logistics entry.
    2. You then DUPLICATE the description, cost, and price from the Estimate, into the Logistics entry.
    3. You next SEARCH for the ticket in a big list, and link the Logistics entry to said Ticket.
    4. Finally, the Logistics charge shows as a Pending Ticket Charge, which must be added to an invoice (ie. the invoice created from the estimate…

  2. Password Pop-Up on Ticket Creation (Force us to take a password for the device)

    We often forget to take a password for a customer, especially if a new person is checking them in. It would be nice to get a pop-up to either choose to enter a password (or even just click cancel) at the last step of checking in the device. This password could then be added to the "Private / Technician notes" area for reference.

    I thought about just adding the password to the "Network" area or the checkin, but that would print it on the ticket, and that is not good. Thoughts?

  3. Add drawer pop to the customer purchase and also add a toggle to users to have the Pop drawer enabled/disabled.

    I really need my employees to have limited access to popping the drawer. My solution right now is to add the register and receipt printer to a separate PC with auto printer installed, but I need the Customer purchases to auto pop the drawer. Adding POS specific drawer pop commands would solve the need to add a separate machine.

    Drawer pop is the single largest issue I have with repair shopr and will determine if I keep the service after I expand to a new location in the coming year.

  4. Allow PrePayment of Scheduled invoices

    I Request that You allow the Recurring invoices, to Deduct from a customer account Credit balance. and in the event that the customer account does not have enough credit in the account, to auto bill the credit card on file.

    Say a company wants to do , monthly checkups with us, and wants to Pre pay, for our services,for lets just say an entire year. instead of sending a check, or reconciling a payment in their credit card account every month.
    we would bill a Recurring invoice, for 1 visit a month, that would auto deduct from the prepayment, or…

  5. link estimate to existing ticket

    if you have created a ticket first, and an estimate later. Could you make it so that we can link the estimate to the ticket.

    Currently you can create an estimate, and convert to a ticket, but it would be helpful to do that both ways round

  6. Email invoices to customers.

    It is beyond me as to why you can not email an invoice to a customer. You can not email a contact of a main account. You can not email a contact when the main account does not have an email. In certain cases, even when the main account and the sub account has an email you can't email. Worst of all, you can't just email an invoice to an email address of your choosing. This is a monthly subscription service and it's missing the very basics of emailing customers.

    As I said, it's completely beyond me as to why…

  7. Multiple Tier catergory in Inventory.

    Have more than 1 drop down in inventory depending on the tiers you have in Category editor. We have Type of appliance>Brand>Type of component.ie:Maytag>Dishwasher>Electrical parts.
    So it would split the category selector in Add new inventory item to three drop downs. 1 for Type 1 for Brand and 1 for Component type. We have a list of over 100 to scroll through when we add a inventory item.

    The ticket automations are great but running them every hour is way too often- can we please have a field which gives us control over how often the automations run ? between 1-48 hours would be helpful for us

  9. Training & help using the features in RSr

    Three are so many cool things we think we could do in RSr. But as a new company, RSr, a lot of these things are still a bit "scriptie" needing some special tweaking that isn't always very easy to find. Documentation is always hard to keep up with so there is often no documentation or it isn’t current etc.

    We’d like better phone support and or training to use some of these things. We’d love to use Marketr more but can't figure out how to get it to do the things we need.

    IWe’d love to create custom email teammates…

    Put the navigation at the top in addition to the bottom. Sometimes I know what I need isn't on the first page and having to scroll all the way to the bottom is annoying.

  12. Update the inventory RMA system

    Accessing the Returns Manager can be very useful, however when we are creating up an RMA it would be nice to have a better read on the details rather than a smashed together list of products in an RMA. We process returns quite frequently as we have busy shops, and when using this feature there is no way to export these items to send to our vendor as an RMA list. We actually have to create this RMA, then create a whole other RMA list on a spreadsheet to send to the vendor. This doubles the work required to process…

  13. Allow changing of quantity of bundles on estimates and invoices

    We started using the new bundles feature to help keep track of inventory if we build a custom computer. However I noticed today that you are NOT able to change the quantity of the bundle line item.

    As an example, I'm selling a client 20 computers, I can't put the bundle in once, and change the QTY to 20. Instead I need to put each one in as its own separate line item. This is not only a waste of time (having to add the same line item 20 times). But also gives my client a long, multi page invoice.

  18. Add a column to Purchase Order to associate a ticket # or estimate #

    I would find it extremely helpful to be able to
    associate a Ticket # or Estimate # or customer name to a line item in a
    Purchase Order in order to speed up parts disbursement and Ticket status changes. Maybe add a column entitled "Notes"?

  20. Mobile App Feature Request

    1) Any Printed Ticket/Invoice/Customer Purchase #/Refurb Invoice (that should be a thing) needs to have a barcode.
    2) Open up Repairshopr Mobile App (ios or android)
    3) Click a 'barcode icon' within the app to open up a quick scanner
    4) Scan the work order to instantly pull up that ticket (customer purchase, refurb, work order, et. al.)
    5) On mobile app be able to take photos of the device you are working on to quickly add them to a ticket

    This should take less than 20 seconds total.
