  1. Editing cost in current items list

    At the moment the only way to edit cost is by doing so when the item is first introduced, or by creating an invoice for it.

    This means that the item cost cannot actually be viewed while it's in the current items list. Is there a way to at least put the item cost in the same section you have the discount drop downs in?

  2. Ability to select items for sync to Woocommerce.

    We only want some items sync'd since many items are small parts and useless to try selling one at a time.

  3. Add Mr/Mrs/Miss before Name in Customer

    Simple Dropdown box, befire first name that offers a Title choice.
    We have customers whos first name could be male or female..

    Alex / Chris / Jo / Taylor

    Some of my staff members have had some embarrassing faces when nearly saying sir or madame to the wrong gender customer!

  4. Add Business Phone as a tag in the template editor.

    Currently I can set {{customerphone}} or {{customermobile}} on a template, but I can't find a way to do a work phone number field. Perhaps I'm overlooking it, but if not this would be a useful feature to me as I have customer's with all three contact options, including some who prefer contact at different numbers throughout the day.

  5. SMS integration with voxbone.com etc

    We use the SMS function very often, but it seems very suspect to our customers that the SMS number is a US number. Some customers think it is scam etc. It would be amazing to be able use a local phone number.

  6. Allow sku or carton quantities on purchase orders

    I've suggested this numerous times with no response. Please allow sku or carton quantities on purchase orders (linked to SKUs).

    I have inventory items that are sold individually, but are ordered in case quantities.

    For instance, I may have an inventory item for Widget A that is sold in individual units, but my vendor SKU is for a carton of 100. Adding a quantity of 1 SKU to a purchase order should add a quantity of 100 to inventory at check-in.

    RepairShopr inventory module remains virtually useless to me without this.

  8. Ticket Statements / Summary.

    I think it would be beneficial to create an open ticket statement by customer.

    For example, on the IT Consulting side of my business it is not uncommon to have 8, 10, 12+ open tickets for one specific company.

    Each service request is entered as a new ticket.

    When a customers asks what we are working on, or questions a bill for specific hours, being able to show the number of open tickets in a summary would help.

    Recently a customer questioned 20+ hours of billable labor only to see that members of their company we opening service tickets.

  10. SKU Level Pricing for Vendors

    Hey folks,

    So right now each item has a Price, a Wholesale, and a Cost. I'm fine with that, but my vendors all charge different prices. I can enter a SKU for each vendor, but not a specific price, and this causes problems.

    Can we please get vendor SKU level pricing? Even if it's just a text box at this point. Anything to keep it straight would be handy. Ideally that price would be used when I make a PO for that vendor as well.

  11. Dashboard Not Customize All Custom Status

    The dashboard lets you customize the colors for the different ticket statuses, but it will only show 11 types when customizing the colors.
    If you have more statuses, like we do, you cannot customize any beyond this limit of 11.
    The dashboard needs to let you customize more statuses.

  12. Make the business name clickable wherever the person name is (i.e. invoices)

    It's evidently disconcerting to our team members to have to click on "(empty)". Just throws them for a loop every time. We have a lot of business contacts for whom there isn't a particular person that would be appropriate to list on the account, really, so there are a few of them like that. Or possibly if the name IS empty, THEN turn the business name into a hyperlink? (Seems like more work for you guys, though.) We could also do without "(empty)" at the beginning of search results.

  13. Sync the RepairShopr invoice name filed to the invoice name/reference field in Xero

    I have to retype the invoice name every time into the invoice reference field in Xero before sending the invoices out. It waould be extremely handy if this field could just sync across!

  14. Combo Boxes in custom fields

    Would love to have combo boxes (dropdowns with the ability to manually type an item not in the list) as an input option in custom fields for Assets and Ticket Worksheets.

    This saves having to prepopulate certain dropdowns with long lists of uncommon/mostly-obsolete options while still able to enter them in rare instances when needed.

    OR (reversed scenario)

    Ability to enter text which is going to be different on most tickets, but also be able to hit the dropdown and choose one of a few different pre-selected options instead.

  15. Ticket status list - need to customize the status list to match our business.

    The default status items do not fit our business and we really want to delete those items and use only the ones that are relevant to our business. It's confusing to our customer service folks as to which status to pick.

    Also, the order of the list should be configurable.

  16. template cascading tag selection logic or, possibly, custom tags?

    For sake of, say, email templates, it would be nice if it could use just the first name (if present) or the business name (if no first name present) (if it's just easier to just make new tags, I suppose, like {{customerbillingorfirstname}}). Or letting us make tags out of other tags, possibly.

    Or else, some way to allow us to cascade the options, like (({{customerbillingname}}/{{customerfirstname}}/{{customerbusinessname}})), to use the billing name else first name else business name. (I can imagine a few other instances where a cascade selection might be nice,…

    My name is Jason and I recently setup the trial software for my new business. I am currently using an antiquated program called Dealerware. It is old but does almost everything I need.   18. Download multiple invoices in RS/cust portal

    I have a client who sends around 10-20 repairs a week and is on account for around 60days. They are wanting to bulk download all the invoices in the portal , I dont believe there is a way to do this without going into each individual invoice.
