Booking Specific Ticket
I would like to see the an option from within a ticket to send the customer the booking link and when they book using the link that booking is assigned to the specific ticket.
Or even just send the standard booking link and they can enter their ticket ID there to associate the booking with a specific ticket.
We like to schedule remote and onsite visits and allow the customer to choose their booking via our website BUT have it attach to a specific ticket would be helpful.

Change History on Tickets to show ticket name change.
I would like the Change History viewed by admins to show more information. Especially if the ticket name is changed.

Show Inventory IN TRANSIT and ON PO in Product Search
The ability to see inventory across location is super helpful, but there is still no way to see how much qty is "in transit" from a Logistics transfer or "shipping in" from a PO on the location level.
Right now, when something is in Logistics, it's just null/absent in the qty levels. Like, it doesn't show that you have 12 "in transit", instead it just shows you're missing a qty of 12 "somewhere" and you can't see unless you check Logistics.
It would be very nice to see "how many" of something is coming in from a PO or Logistics…

New ticket screen should show tech name instead of tech email. Same with Assigned Tech field
We use generic email addresses for the calendar sync, such as tech1@, tech2@, tech3@, etc. When creating a new ticket or viewing a ticket and changing the 'assigned tech' field, it doesn't show the tech name, but only the email address.
It's become insanely difficult to remember which tech is which generic email. If the fields just showed user's name field, then this would be solved. As we grow, this will only become more of a pain.

Worksheet Table
Can we please get some sort of table for worksheets? For an example, I have a customer with a unit with 4 sensors. I basically have 6 data points (all the same question) that I need to answer 4 times. This makes for many multiple worksheets. If I could make a table with the same 6 questions, but provide a column for each of the 4 sensors to answer the question it would really help a lot in terms of visibility of the data to my customers.

Changing this for everyone doesn’t sound like an obvious correct thing to do.

Option to select different accounts for Xero integration
When configuring the Xero integration you only have the option to select a single Xero account that all invoices from RepairShopr will fall under. When I would do an invoice in Xero I select a different account for labour, hardware, software and a few others. This allows us to see how our business is doing in each of these areas.

Google Maps Integration by postcode
When entering a new customer i would like the ability to be able to only enter the postcode for address information and this still show up on Google Maps.

More Powerful Template Variables / Scripting
We need better variables for use in templates. For example, we have a custom url in place that makes use of the API and frames to integrate the RepairShopr user profile into our website.
An example URL for us is:
https://example.com/helpdesk/#my_profile/00000000000000000000000/indexor
https://example.com/helpdesk/#my_profile/v2/invoices/0000000
But there does not seem to be a way to integrate custom URLs into the templates in this manor.

Expand Cloudberry Integration
I am looking at migrating customers to Cloudberry, and I really like the integration for invoicing! However - I would like to bill my customers a small amount each month (ie $2.00) to cover the cost of the license of the software, so it would be great if there were a way to include that fixed cost on the Cloudberry Invoice automatically, along with the variable cost that is passed through from Cloudberry.

LogMeIn Ad-Hoc support
Would like to see some integration for LogMeIn Central users. The Adhoc support feature is just like the TeamViewer integration that you guys just set up and is a part of LogMeIn Central now. This would be awesome for us to be able to use within our tickets.

Notification trigger for PO delivered
Just add a trigger : "back ordered purchase order delivered" to update tickets owners that are affected by the delivery of regular inventory parts that were back ordered.

"Referred by" showing in invoice section
Currently, I have to go to the customer detail page to check on "Referred by:..." to see how did the customer find our business.
I think it would be a great idea to add "Referred by: ........." in the invoice section under "Bill to customer" details.

Client Google scatter or location Map
It would be nice, to have a scatter map showing all our clients locations with a pin drop. Printable and with info so you could see Clients by City, clients by County, clients with in 1, 2, 5, 10 miles etc.
Along with this with this it would be nice to have that data linked to MaailChimp and social media into, and referral sources to see more details about clients and location. Maybe a scatter map in RSr and the combined stats in DOMO.

have a setting on the invoices screen to default to unpaid invoices
I would like to be able to set a default screen to view just unpaid invoices by default when opening the invoices screen. Would also be nice to have saved search capabilities there as well so I could bring up all the paid or unpaid invoice for a certain client or group of clients I look at frequently with ability to save such a search.

Multiple PayPal accounts, 1 per location (multi store)
Would it be possible to allow a different PayPal account for eact RS Location (Multi-Store version). Each of our locations trade with a different PayPal account and at present, we would have to manually shift payment around.

Set Different "Reorder At" and "Desired Stock Level" Defaults
Every time we add a new product (or worse, a new location) all of our inventory alerts go haywire. New products are set to default values of InStock(0), ReorderAt(2), and DesiredLevel(blank), which immediately throws up false alerts for inventory.
With adding a location, the new location sets those defaults to EVERY single product; meaning we have to go into every single product and update those values for each one. This is awful, and really needs a new set of "defaults" to make scaling simpler.
