more customizable main ticket page
there should be some options in the main view of your tickets to add or subtract information you want shown - also needs to be date submitted and due date on same page - there are not enough B2B options

there needs to be a field for Company name when people open a ticket
there needs to be a field on the main check in page for Company name - we only do B2B and it is very difficult when you do not capture that information

Attach a Lead to a Ticket
It would be nice to be able to take the information from a lead and add it to a ticket. I find myself having to create a ticket and then merge it in order to get the data from the lead into the ticket. This is artificial increasing my ticket numbers really fast.

z report
Z Reports is missing the ability to account for Cash In (Cash Drawer Deposit) and Cash Out (Bank Deposit). Which means that any time one of these events happens, the cash drawer will be off.
Please add this to the Z Reports so we can finally use this feature.

Invoice a Third Party and NOT the customer?
We carry out repairs for customers but the repair is chargeable to their insurance company and NOT them. How can we create the customer and ticket as normal (so we can make full use of canned responses and Marketr etc) but at the final stage when creating the invoice select for it to invoice a Third Party / Client / Contract?

Make searching suggestions more effective
As a relatively new user of RepairShopr, there are a number of changes that I need. I would like to search existing suggestions to see if someone has already suggested my need so that I can vote for the existing issue and avoid duplication.
The Suggestion search facility seems fairly primitive. For example, searching for "report invoice line item export" returns results containing any of the search terms--practically the entire database of current as well as completed suggestions. Ability to do a Google-style search requiring all terms would be an improvement.

Allow a way to attach lead to existing ticket
There should be a way to attach lead information to an existing ticket. Currently we have to create it into a ticket and merge it, which gets very old when customers send in multiple requests via email (not replying to the original ticket)

Integrate with Stripe Subscriptions
So we can charge customers for monthly re-occurring charges with a payment card stored in Stripe and set up with a subscription.

How to tell whether a comment in a ticket was emailed to the customer
place a little envelope icon next to the comment in the ticket details.... or include the communication in the customer communication log... or both

Another Stocktake alteration
When doing a end of year stock take we have found there are a couple of items we are totally out of but the system thinks that we have one or two. Stocktake doesn't do anything for this. There should be an option such as a checkbox to click to change all unscanned items to zero if you are doing a complete inventory stocktake for end of year, etc.

Allow different currencies to be shown on the mobile app
The App invoice section only shows totals in $. We are based in the UK and on the website everything is in £, the app shows the same figures but with a $ sign infront of it

Ticket worksheet: List only checked items of work performed on invoice ticket
A little background on me: I am doing all work at the client’s location and using my smartphone to enter items on the ticket, invoice and collect payment while I’m working on-site.
In an attempt to go paperless, on the invoice that is printed or emailed I want to have line item descriptions of the work I performed. For example:
1. Removed adware
2. Installed security updates
3. Deleted temp files.

POS Z-Read Should Show the Close Values
The POS Z-Read Report shows the amount of cash expected in the register, the amount of cash tendered and the 'Closing Total' but doesn't show the amount of cash that was just declared by the user, which is the idea of a Z-Read.

Show credit amount on customer profile
We tend to use credits on customers accounts rather then prepaid hours because of how we track our money in Quickbooks. It would be great to have the credit amount listed in the customer profile, much like how prepaid hours is.

sticker labels and better management of serialized products
The serialized system is incomplete! i need to be able to print labels specific to each serialized product in a category and not just the category its self so when i ring up a phone i know the exact phone that left the shop and not just one of the many phones in that group.

Automated ticket response
Depending on a particular ticket status it would be more than helpful to prompt a user for a response.
For example; Customer has an issue with their PC. We respond and advise them on the solution/give support. We then tend to change the ticket status to "Waiting on customer". If we do not hear back from the customer within X period of time it would be great if an automated reminder is sent via email to prompt the user for an update.

Wholesale pricing in POS
We really need to be able to discount items. since the only way to do that is with the Wholesale price, we really need to be able to add an item in POS with the Wholesale price.

Multilanguage client portal
There should be an option to change the clients portal language. For example, in my country, Portugal, our invoices (faturas in portuguese) can only be created through a certified program. Our laws are very tight on invoices creation. So, legally we cannot call them invoices (faturas), and we cannot use repairshipr invoices as truly invoices for our accountant. We translated them to Payment Orders (Guias de Pagamento). But on the client profile we cannot do that. This situation can confuse some costumers.
