True two way Xero sync
I would like to see the ability to sync payments both ways between Repairshopr and Xero as currently when you reconcile your bank accounts in Xero you then have to mark invoices as paid in Repairshopr.
It just adds an additional step for admin staff, which is smaller business is the same as the technical staff.
Yes, this is live. We have limited information from Xero about payments and are currently matching on customer and payment amount. We plan to add a check in the near future to verify that the payment has not been otherwise applied to a different invoice as well.

Purchase Orders: Guys, you should have the sync set up to create purchase orders as invoices in xero.
Just go to a draft invoice, that way its there in xero ready to be paid, you dont need or want to use the purchase order function in Xero, this should be managed in repairshopr. But we have to pay our suppliers, so purchase orders should create a draft invoice in Xero, at the moment we have to double enter purchases which is completely the opposite reason for going with repairshopr. Its meant to give us more time, not cost us more time!

New invoices and payments are syncing up, but nothing that already exists will. Inventory items must be accessed (edited) in RS before they'll sync to Xero, which is a pain. Luckily I don't have that many. If this is not how it's supposed to work, it seems I'm missing something.

@tim - nothing in RepairShopr will ever be complete, we only build anything to about the 85% mark - it's the cost for living on the cutting edge. An example, Xero doesn't have an API endpoint for Purchase Orders, they are adding it, when they add it, we'll add it, many systems we integrate with are like this.
Right now invoices/payments sync from RS to Xero, and payments can sync back in to RS if the stars align. (There is a payment in Xero we don't know about, and the exact amount is outstanding in RS with the same customer already known)

Where is the Xero integration at this point? It seems incomplete from what I am finding from other Xero users? We chose to migration to Xero...I hope there will be more support moving forward? Awesome integration with other vendors is what will give RS strength.
Could some other Xero users chime in here....I would like to know what your experience is like.
Thanks

I think this has been completed. I activated this feature in the Xero sync settings.
I'll let you know if it's working for me.
