Auto Replenish Prepaid Hours
It would be nice if prepaid hours could reset each month (if specified). With my MSP clients they get a certain # of Hours per month that doesn't carry over. Similar to cell phone minutes work for example, each month you get a new allotment to use. If you go over, you pay more, if you don't use them, you lose them.
There are some controls on the Recurring Invoice Template that allow you to reset to 0 – yep.

@pcwizard - You can combine it with selling them more, eg;
On the first, reset to 0 - and in the same transaction sell them another 10 hours.
(You could also do that with an invoice for $0.00 that does this and doesn't email them, so yeah..)

What if you don't want it to reset to 0 but to another number? So a customer pays for x hours of support can this be used to reset it to this number instead of 0?

The setting in Recurring Invoices is "Clear/reset Prepay Hours (before this runs)". This reset multiple customers hours to their starting prepay balance.

I don't want to reset it to 0 however. I want to reset it to the amount of hours that client gets that month.

Did this implement without notice? I just noticed my customer prepaid hours balance was auto-replenished on 12/1.

I completely +1 the original request. This is crucial for MSPs. Thank you!

With the new feature is Dan's suggestion something that would work?

Same here. We can clear the leftover hours in the recurring billing section. So how do we put them in each month?
Can I create a zero-cost item and "sell" it to them each month?
