  1. Print label from Edit Bundle page

    Every time I create a bundle I have navigate to the inventory page and hunt down the bundle I just created in my massive inventory list to print the label.
    It would be much better (and simple to implement?) to be able to print the label from the Edit Bundle page directly.

  2. Allow reminders to also be attatched to tickets, not just customers. Also allow the user to employ "canned reminders". (+UI suggestions)

    Currently, the reminder system is good, but its implementation is clunky. It takes too many clicks to set a reminder, its out of the way so many of my colleagues don't even use it, and it isn't as flexible or efficient a system as I'd like it to be.

  3. Invoice Automation

    Full automation for invoices just like ticket automation.

    I.E. "When Invoice is created ---> Add Inventory Item to Invoice(Card Processing Fee)"

    "When Invoice is created ----> Set ticket to x"

    "When invoice is edited ----> Send Email to Technician"

    "When invoice is paid/paid online ----> Auto Resolve Ticket"

    Just something like ticket automation would be awesome for simple automation to make invoicing easier.

  4. An option to have unpaid invoices count towards sales plus reduce inventory

    We have several customers that pay on terms. Would it be possible for an option to have inventory reduced and count towards sales no matter if it was paid or not? This would help in tracking inventory properly. Once something is invoiced and the product has left the store it should come out of inventory. Maybe I'm thinking backwards?

  5. Online profile and Resolved tickets

    It is quite confusing for my customers that when they go to their online profile, they do not see a Resolved tickets at all in the Dashboard. VIEW ALL button is somehow not intuitive as it is on the right side of the bar and most people cannot find it. SEARCH feature is only showing up when they hit View All button, but they still cannot view any Resolved tickets until they set up a search filter to disable filtering of Resolved tickets.   7. Christmas Club

    Hi Guys, Xmas comming, many customers start to ask us can they pay deposit for phones, laptops for Christmas. Im just wondering what will be best option for us to do it, customer will pay few times , for example
    iPhone 11 64GB Purple 699 , customer will pay today 100, next week 100, 3rd week 80. how to track that , print ticket with amount paid and outstanding amount

  9. Expansion on auto-generate serial numbers

    Great addition. We can unfortunately not use it, as our serial numbers consist of two letters (abbreviation of vendor's name), the date and then the numeric sequence of the parts - for example:
    AB2110201
    AB2110202
    and so forth.

    It would be great if the auto-generate serial number function could be expanded to include some different formats, rather than long random numbers.

    It would also be awesome if this function could be expanded to populate the serials of all the items on a purchase order, rather than only one line item at a time.

  10. Notifications - Item Retail Price

    I hope this is not an already existing feature of RS, although I couldn't find something similar.

    An easy way for multiple shops and their customer service personnel to be aware of any changes in retail prices, would be to send an email notification whenever a price has changed. This would keep everyone up to date, and avoid customer misunderstandings.

  12. Flag when a duplicate part number is created

    I've been adding a lot of new part numbers to our system and have found I have unwittingly duplicated a few...is there an option to warn when a duplicate part number (in the 'name' field) has been created (much in the same way it wont let you save without a description)?

  13. Have an end date for reoccuring invoices

    Can a field be used to specify an end date for reoccurring invoices (Without having to assign it to a contract, etc). Additionally, where you specify how often to run, can you have the option of "Once" along with annually, bi-annually, monthly, etc.

  14. Allow estimates to be set to 'history' or disabled

    We have it so inventory allocated to an estimate is taken from available stock. Would be handy if there was an option to either deactivate the estimate, or set it to history to let us keep the estimate for reference (rather than deleting) and unallocate inventory...unless there a setting that already allows this?

  15. update tickets with status changes

    When a ticket status is changed, the ticket should mark who changed it to what. I.E If I were to resolve a ticket, the ticket should be updated with my name and that I changed the status to resolved.

  16. Mailtracking

    We currently use Copper CRM and they have built in mailtracking for outgoing emails from within App. On top of that, we use Gsuite and I have a paid Mailtrack Pro account for my Gmail.

    Having outgoing email from RS being tracked and reported would be awesome. Also when sending to clients from within Gmail or other email client, setting a BCC addy that goes back to RS and adds that correspondence to the client account communication record.

    If you want to backup your Office 365 emails, I recommended to users can Shoviv Office 365 Backup & Restore Software. This tool exports Office 365 mailboxes in Outlook PST file. The software has many filter options, which allows users to find a specific mail and file. The filter option is base on the Date range, Message class, and Folder filter. This tool also provides a free trial version of the tool to check the working efficiency of the software.

  18. CreatePackage quantities for inventory items

    On many cases for me I buy say a case of engine oil which has 12 bottles, so 1 case/package always equals 12 bottles because they are sold to me by the case.theres obviously ways around this. But my previous systems had the ability so I figured I'd throw it out there

  19. Attach a vendor to a ticket

    It would be handy to create a list of vendors with contact information with the ability to assign a vendor to a ticket so you can correspond directly with a vendor contact from a ticket without having to include the customer. This way information if properly trapped within the ticket and you can set triggers to remind a vendor that we are waiting for them to respond, etc.

  20. Have multiple contacts under one business

    It would be super cool if you could create a profile for a business, and then have multiple customers under that one business, with separate contacts. You can make customer profiles with the same business name attached, but you can't see them all in one place.
