  1. Add the Transaction response code from a payment to the Quickbooks Payment reference no. field.

    When using QuickBooks online the payments from RS get moved over to QBO as expected. Then when the payment is deposited we can match the payments to the deposit and reconcile the account. However there have been times that payment did not sync or we have payment but no deposit etc. Having the credit card "transaction response code", check number, etc populate the QB payment "reference no." field would be great help. They data makes looking up transactions easier.

  2. Send customer returns to refurb module

    I would like to be able to take a product returned by a customer (not purchased from customer-a return recorded on an invoice and credit issued or refunded) and to fix aka"refurb" the product and offer for sale again.

    Currently I can find no way to send it to the refurb module to record work done on it before putting back into inventory. It seems my only options are to return it to inventory or send back to vendor?

    In reality - we do rentals and this would be for our returned rentals before putting back into rental inventory.

  3. PAID stamp in green on {{invoice_paid_stamp}}

    Green PAID stamp on paid invoices will look more intuitive than a current red one. Green colour naturally means "yes", "success", "approved", "passed" while red means "no", "error", "disapproved", "failed". Some of my customers were a bit confused with a red PAID stamp when they've received a paid invoice.

  4. Add Year to "Created" for Returns and RMAs

    Please add the year the Return or RMA was created. The "CREATED" filter is not as helpful as it could be if you added the year.

  5. Tag other users in ticket notes.

    We need the ability to tag other users like technicians or office staff in tickets. Our procedure for device repair involves more than one person sometimes, and currently there is no way I can tag someone else to go look at a tickets notes if they need to be involved.

  6. Option to add part order to a PO

    It would be great to have an option to add a part order to an existing or new PO.

    It is routine that our part orders are supplied by our normal vendors. To clean up ot the process it would be great to be able to click "add to PO" and select a PO for that vendor so regular inventory and specal parts can be ordered and tracked at the same time.

  8. Minimum order amounts for Purchase Orders

    We deal with some suppliers who have a minimum order amount for free shipping, and many times we have colleagues who put orders through below this minimum amount. Currently we have an internal document outlining these minimum orders, but not everyone looks at it before ordering.

    Would a feature be possible to add a feature whereby we can put a minimum order amount into the vendor details, and before the email to vendor button pushes the email out, the PO would be checked to see if it is above this minimum order? And if it is, the email would be…

  11. Would be great to add comments to any order, parts order

    This is a very useful tool especially for companies placing unique PO's all the time. Once I view completed items can you please insert a button so that I can return to Parts Order Tracker Main Page? Also Once the part is in could there be away to auto update the ticket?

  14. Product tracking feature!

    So we use an app called "slice" which automatically tracks products you've purchased simply by scanning your email accounts. We use Amazon, eBay, etc to purchase parts and without entering any data at all to slice, it automatically scans our email account and will give us status updates of our products, such as ETA, delivery, etc. I think this tool would be invaluable with repairshopr for a number of reasons: 1) clients would be able to get automated updates of special ordered items if they choose, and we as techs would be able to go to the parts section and…

  15. Upgrade Account Detail "Type" for Employees and Vendors (to utilize CID Lookup)

    The Customer Detail page is extremely useful, mainly because it contains SO MUCH information. We tend to cram every scrap of information we have into RS, just so everything is in ONE place. Many of our customers account pages contain every phone number, email address, payment form, and document upload we have to connect to them. But, wouldn't it be great to have this for Employees and Vendors, too?

    Right now, we duplicate information for our vendors and employees into a Customer record, just so everyone has quick and efficient access to useful information (like phone numbers, email addresses, etc).…

    This is just re-wording my previous request. If Authorize.net is enabled - client should have ability to check a box to "save for future payments" and have a few lines of a disclaimer indicating that they will be billed automatically with the credit card on file.

  20. Enable FULL customisation of repairshopr by fully integrating custom fields by ID number.

    Currently the custom fields (for tickets) are a separate table that cannot be uniquely identified in PDF’s, Emails or other customer visible data. Unfortunately repairshopr only allows me to include ALL of the custom fields that are selected as visible, so I cannot fully customise the tickets, PDF’s or canned responses. You can go to Admin > Ticket Custom Fields and select which fields you'd like to be hidden from PDFs, but this on its own is not powerful enough.

    Quite often, I wish to use individual custom fields in a customer email, printable label or ticket update.
