  1. In ticket comment, update subject should be editable and apply to ticket status

    In ticket detail and new ticket comment section, update subject should be editable and apply to ticket status. So, we know what ticket status is in process.
    Such as: New, estimated, scheduled, pending customer reply, customer approved, parts ordered, part received, additional issue, pending solution, completed, invoiced.
    Using ticket comment to update ticket status can provide actual work progress information, which is important and better than manual status update in ticket list section.

  2. Please Change How Multi Store Locations are Displayed on the Admin page

    Please change the way the separate stores are displayed. Even something as simple has a different color header block with the store name in the middle would make it much easier to see the relevant data at a glance.

  3. More Options For Marketr. Allow multiple Email Templates for Multiple Repairs

    Obviously, customer retention is something that everyone should be focusing on and Marketr does help in the respect, but only for the first repair. We should have the ability to have templates set up for multiple repairs.

    For instance.

    First repair:

    3 Day Checkup: Template 1

    14 Day Checkup: Template 1

    Second Repair:

    3 Day Checkup: Template 2

    14 Day Checkup: Template 2

    and so on.

    The idea is that the customer never receives the same message twice, making it sound as natural as possible.

    Plus, we shouldn't just be sending out an email only after the first repair. When…

    We had planned on allowing a mailer to go “multiple times” – but hadn’t thought of specifically numbering them, I think a rules engine that allowed that would give some pretty cool control over the whole thing.

  4. Marketr Issues and Improvements

    The Marketr section is a good idea, but really needs some care and attention to be truly useful. There are so many reasons that bulk emails should be sent to specific groups of customers, but the allowed parameters for doing this are simply not good enough.

    Recently, I linked the API for the leads section to online enquiries I get on my website, and we work on closing the sale through the leads section. If the customer comes in, we convert the lead to a customer/ticket. If the customer doesn't come in within the next week, I then would like…

  5. Purchase order cost view

    We have our cost in the inventory view not visible to our technicians. This is great but when in the purchase order, if they insert the part, it will show the part cost. It would be great to have the option for the part cost in the purchase order to not be visible.

  6. Add UPC code into repairshopr that syncs with woocommerce

    I noticed there is a sku column when you import products into repairshopr. When you sync with woocommerce it seems that woocommerce generates it's own UPC number for each product. Any chance there is either a way to import our own upc code that matched the ID code in repairshopr?

  7. Add business name to "customer details" widget

    I'm not sure why this isn't around, but using the Custom Widget module there is no way to gather Business Name in the widget. So now we're getting all sorts of leads coming in and we have no idea who the potential customers are. Can this be pretty swiftly added? Just a check box for "Request Business Name" to the Customer Detail widget for the web would be phenomenal.

  8. USBSwiper with Paypal credit card processing

    Does anyone else use USBSwiper with Paypal for credit card processing...I use Paypal more than anything...and it suits my business best...my current rate is 2.5% across the board, 25 cents per swipe and $4.95 a month and all i need is a $10 swiper...the second a card is swiped and authorized i get the money in my Paypal business account immediately...its so convenient to not have to wait 24 to 48 hours and batching out CC terminals...does anyone else us this ?? i feel like its a much better solution for anyone that uses Paypal and runs a business...

  9. Multiple PayPal accounts, 1 per location (multi store)

    Would it be possible to allow a different PayPal account for eact RS Location (Multi-Store version). Each of our locations trade with a different PayPal account and at present, we would have to manually shift payment around.

    Would like to see some integration for LogMeIn Central users. The Adhoc support feature is just like the TeamViewer integration that you guys just set up and is a part of LogMeIn Central now. This would be awesome for us to be able to use within our tickets.

  11. Customer replies shown on front welcome screen

    We frequently receive replies via email, which currently display only in the customer index. I feel it would be better, to display any replies to emails on the front page, that when we log in of a morning, immediately we can see any replies. Another suggestion would be to somehow display a notice (a number or flag) in the top menu bar, that way we can see there is a reply.

  12. Allow selection of labor rate to charge when updating ticket and selecting "Charge time now"

    It would be nice to select the labor SKU before charging time to a ticket. Currently, you must edit the invoice with the correct SKU or View Logs on the ticket timer module and edit. Both of these methods make it difficult to streamline the billing process. It would be nice to have a default labor SKU with the ability to change labor SKUs. Thanks!

  14. Customize RepairShopr view per location (multi store)

    We use the multi store and sometimes do tasks when in the wrong RS location.

    It would be good if we could customize the front end view for each location. The idea being that you know what location you are in simply based on a colour scheme or an obvious label at the top.

    The current system shows your location as part of your login name which is easy to miss.

  16. Send All Invoices

    Would like to see an option added to do a mass sending of all outstanding invoices via email and snail mail - a page with two columns "Email" "Snail Mail" and "Send All" or let us individually select which ones to send and of course a send button. This would make dealing with due/past due invoices much easier.

    Along with this would also like an option for invoices to be 'marked' Past Due - so it would show on the invoice and in the email.

  17. Booking Specific Ticket

    I would like to see the an option from within a ticket to send the customer the booking link and when they book using the link that booking is assigned to the specific ticket.

    Or even just send the standard booking link and they can enter their ticket ID there to associate the booking with a specific ticket.

    We like to schedule remote and onsite visits and allow the customer to choose their booking via our website BUT have it attach to a specific ticket would be helpful.

    sales person o follow up on quotes, i would like the technician to be able to send a privat comment to the sales person to follow up on a quote in the private comments area,
    and then if a other private comment needs to be made to perhaps the boss or admin person the dropdown can be selected with said users email adress.
