Adding mobile sentrix to integrations will make it easier for users to download a accurate inventory straight from mobile sentrix. No more need to adjust the retail price because it will get updated the same time mobile sentrix updates their prices.

Hi,
Please add the ability to link Marketr emails to tickets.This is to keep the conversation linked to the ticket in Repairshopr.
Especially relevant should there be ongoing issues that need to be resolved after the customer responds to a follow-up email.

Recurring Invoicing - Ninja RMM
It would be amazing if we could have the following for recurring invoicing:
Ninja asset live updates (delete an asset out of ninja, that syncs to RS and also deletes from assets)
Import Ninja asset types (windows server, windows workstation, windows laptop, mac desktop, mac laptop, etc).
In recurring invoicing, allow us to use the asset counter and map a charge to several Ninja asset types (IE Workstation Support line item counts Ninja windows workstation, windows laptops, etc).

Give the ability to print ticket charges (large label)
Being able to print the ticket charges separate to invoice charges would help with some workflow situations.

Integration with FreedomVoice
We would love to see an integration for FreedomVoice the way that Free PBX works. When a caller calls in, it would be nice to have RepairShopr see that incoming call and list information on our screen to directly open the client's account.
Freedomvoice has provided me a link to their WebService API (SOAP based API).

Show inventory ON HAND qty next to line item parts in ESTIMATES
When building estimates and quotes.. it would be very helpful to have ON HAND QTY info available for parts in the line item. The benefits for this are numerous. It will assist in knowing the correct part was chosen, if the order will be short, assist in order planning, allow users to chose a different part that is in stock, eliminate the time needed to physically check stock, assist in discovering inventory discrepancies, and more.

is there a way to have appointments made in the linked google calendar show up and "block" RS appointment times?
I have setup and linked a google calendar for repairshopr appointments only. I would like to be able to block out hours of time in the middle of the day so customers will not book times there since there is no way to do this in repairshopr. It's only "This day=this hour to that hour" blocks. If I make an appointment on the google calendar, I would like it to show up as already booked in the repairshopr calendar.

Sync Customer Purchases, Refurbs, and Parts used in Refurb to Quickbooks Online
I will start by saying that I LOVE the customer purchases module of RepairShopr. The way that I can buy something from a customer, move it to refurb, add parts to the refurb, and then add the product to my inventory is really great. LightSpeed had nothing like this and it was a major issue.
However, there is one major flaw:
A) When I buy something from a customer and add it to inventory it does not adjust the inventory quantity in Quickbooks Online but it does get added into the inventory in RepairShopr.

add appointment condition to ticket automation
I'd like for the ticket status to be able to automatically change to "scheduled" when an future appointment is created. could this be done with adding this condition to ticket automation?

Add Change Client to Ticket Automation
We receive email notifications from Datto and BitDefender that come in and are not assigned to a client.
Based on the content of the originating email, I could easily set the client for each ticket. But that is not an available choice.
If I get ten threats detected over a weekend, I have to come in on Monday and manually set each and every client and contact.
It's absolutely not scalable.
Please allow us the ability to change the client on a ticket based on data contained within the original email support request.

Create a "Free Text" field for Custom Fields
Is it possible to have a "Free Text" custom field type that we can edit right there on the ticket page without the need to click Edit, then make your change, then click Save every time?
As an example, we have a very large workshop and need to track the physical location of items quickly & easily. In a single day, we can have a watch pass through 7 different storage locations with some techs having 30-40 watches passing through their hands. Refunds in commission reports
When I pull monthly commission reports, the refunded invoices are not listed. Employees get paid on those sales. Even worse, if they refunded a invoice and did a new one, they get paid on both of them. This flaw has cost me over a thousand dollars out of pocket until I discovered it. Now I have to do a refund report for the month and manually add it to each employee. The refund report does NOT include the employee information either, so I have to look each refund invoice up just to see whose it was. I suggest this get…

Making State/Province field in customer address able to untick and set as not required
In the UK we most likely do not use county names as many of popular counties have a bit long and annoying to type names, like "Cambridgeshire" or "Greater Manchester". We mainly rely on postal code, city and street address to get the proper address details. My proposal is to just change this particular field property to be able to untick it as required. Customer Portal Permissions - Credentials Delete/Edit/New
Customers can only "View All" and "View Mine" on credentials marked public, but are unable to update or add new entries.
Please add these options to Customer Portal Permissions:
Credentials - Delete
Credentials - Edit
Credentials - NewAll new entries made by Customer can be listed as Public, but this way they can share passwords with MSP in a secure manner.
