Office 365 Calendar Sync -- Recurring Appointments
Love that there's 2-way synchronization between O365 and RS, but when you create a recurring appointment in O365, only the first instance shows up in RS. It would be super awesome to not have to finagle with manually creating appointments.
Please let us sync recurring appointments in the RS calendar!

Bin location labels
I'd like to have the ability to print off a label for each bin location. With that, the possibility to scan a bin locations bar code and perform a cycle count on everything within the bin

Adding documentation to tickets
Having documentation available inside of a ticket relating to the subject or problem. Perhaps use hashtags in the documentation to capture keywords so it can relate back to the ticket? Would be helpful for knowledgebase documentation or even "how-to" in RepairShopR.

Estimate Message box needs to save text formatting.
I realize that the template editor has defined template tags and you can use HTML to edit them, but this is extremely cumbersome to someone who doesn't have time to learn HTML in order to make a professional-looking estimate message.
The estimate message tag/feature is something that is very valuable to me in my job, but due to its constraints, such as not holding onto any type of formatting (such as placing a space between paragraphs), it comes off looking very unprofessional to my clients sometimes. All I need is a working text box that holds onto the formatting once…

A scan to check in and out system
If there was a way to just scan the device barcode the we put on it and the system make a note of check in our check out. Then it would save time to type in system when deice is dropped off or picked up

Add signature options for app
We get sign off from customers for every job and having a place where we could quickly add a signature into the job would be great and then being able to easy pull off as a image. this would be supper helpful

Offline APP
Alot of times we do go onsite and there is no cell service or not good. If we could fill out forms and get sign from customer then when it connected it would sync this would be supper helpful

Offer another pricing option.... I don't need more users just more tickets....
I'm a sole proprietor and when things are normal I take in 7 - 10 items a day... I don't need all the users just more tickets....
How about something in between the starter and the repair shop with 10 users.... seeing additional users are $110 each..
Think some way to split the difference at least at $250 savings annually wouldn't be unreasonable for a 1 user account and unlimited tickets, or someway to buy access to additional tickets just like purchasing SMS messages... say I could buy a block of 500 at a time... that way as things remain…6 votes -
Change SMS template {{invoice_total}} when sending "Completed with invoice" SMS
The {{invoice_total}} tag that is included in the default SMS template sent when a ticket is marked completed (and has an invoice attached to it) sends a complete total for the invoice that disregards any pre-payments or deposits made, I'd suggest you change this to include the BALANCE DUE total on the invoice which would cover every business who uses your software's needs, including the ones (like us) who may get pre-payments/deposits for certain parts or flat rate services.
This has caused several panicked or angry customers to call for an explanation from us over time :)

Threaded Notes / Ref Numbers
Make it so that a tech or admin can refer to a previous note in a new note. This could be either a reference number link or a threaded conversation.

Look into allowing custom fields for phone numbers
I know there are fields for office, mobile, other, etc.

require a "How did you hear about us" with only new created clients
We don't need to know if they are already in our system. but if we have to create a new client profile it would be nice to have a dropdown and find out how they found us. google, facebook, friend, walked by, etc.

Quick Button To "Clear Reply & Revert Status"
Along with the idea to revert to previous status when a customer replies, can a button be added to acknowledge to reply and revert the status...
My customers are polite and I spend lots of time clearing replies from customers simply saying "Thanks for the Update" A simple button that would "Clear Reply & Revert Status" would be a big time saver.1 vote -
Communications Log
All tickets will now have a separate input for Communications, basic notes on voicemails or conversations with clients over the phone or by email. This will then be reported in a Log where you can see the last date that particular ticket had it's Communication updated similar to Geek Squad's Call log system for anyone familiar with that system. This will make communication with older tickets and help prioritize older tickets vs newer ones!

Ability to Sort the Open Ticket Dashboard by the Ticket Number
I have lot's of tickets at any one time. It would be really nice to be able to sort the open ticket dashboard by the Ticket ID number.
Since you require it to be an integer this really shouldn't be hard to do.

Document attachments in Vendor Detail
It would be helpful to be able to attached documents in the Vendor Detail section. We could then add pdf price lists etc. for easy review.

Give the ability to change the name of the tech on outbound emails to clients
For privacy reasons, some people do not want their First and Last name displayed on their company emails.
