  1. Estimates: ticket notes and notifications when estimates are declined or accepted.

    I recently noticed that an estimate had been declined a few minutes after sending them an email to ask if they wanted to proceed. There was no mention of who declined the estimate or when in the ticket notes or the admin-only details.

    I would like there to be an automatic ticket note when an estimate is declined or accepted, including who marked it that way.

    It would be nice to also have the option of getting some kind of notification on a per-estimate basis, but the ticket note is much more important.

  2. Easier Access to Online Portal & Easier Online Payments - Credit Card

    We noticed an issue that has not only caused us issues, but is very confusing for customers. When customers want to log into their online portal, the only way they have access to this is the online portal link at the bottom of an email. You cannot go to repairshopr.com, or in our case, <insert store name>.repairshopr.com and have them sign in. Or at the very least offer 2 options when signing in: Users of Repairshopr and Portal Users/Customers. Otherwise the entire system is clunky and not user friendly.

  3. give extra decimal points in the cost field of inventory.

    Many inventory items I use have come in bulk packages, and the individual cost is more than two decimal points. It would make life easier if I could put costs in with more than 2 decimal points. I know it is a small difference, but it makes the accounting more difficult.

  4. Parts Ordering - Order multiple parts at once

    Hello, I would very much like to see some sort of option to make ordering multiple parts at once easier. Its very bulky and clunky to hit the parts order button, go thru it all hit order and then have to go thru the drop down click the parts order button again.... rinse and repeat.

  6. Fulfilling orders with Logistics

    Our stores sell each others stock sometimes which can lead to variances in the stock when a colleague processes an order for something that is in stock in another store (a large box item for example). Sometimes this can lead to a variance in the stock if it is processed as a sale instead of crediting the customer's account, or if the stock is not in the selling store.

  7. Minimum order amounts for Purchase Orders

    We deal with some suppliers who have a minimum order amount for free shipping, and many times we have colleagues who put orders through below this minimum amount. Currently we have an internal document outlining these minimum orders, but not everyone looks at it before ordering.

    Would a feature be possible to add a feature whereby we can put a minimum order amount into the vendor details, and before the email to vendor button pushes the email out, the PO would be checked to see if it is above this minimum order? And if it is, the email would be…

  8. Copy / Clone logistics

    I work in the warehousing of a repair and retail chain that use RepairShopr and sometime I need to create multiples of the same logistic to our different stores.

    It would be great if it were possible to clone logistics similar to POs, choose a from and to location and retain the same quantities. Sometimes the logistics I send can be 50-80 items long.

    If this were possible it would same countless time instead of manually creating a new logistic every time

  10. Free shipping integrations

    Can we please please please get an option for a shipping integration which offers a free plan? It's great that we can use ShipRush or ShipStation but they both charge at least $20 a month and that's ridiculous for us folks with low volume or few mail-ins. Can we please get a integration for a service which offers a plan with no subscription fee (eg Packlink PRO, Easyship, ShippyPro etc) Thanks

    Is there a way to add custom Repairshopr fields like "Physical Location" or "Condition"? I don't see these fields as options to add to the labels in the customization.

  12. Make multiple scans of same stock item show up as one line item

    When scanning a multiples of an item in POS, for instance a customer buys 20x 2m network cables. The items show up as 20 separate line items. Can this me made to show up as one line item with a quantity of 20.

    I would like to be able to create Customer Searches that can be used to send out emails from Marketr depending on custom Contacts fields. For example, I would like to create custom Contact fields such as check boxes for recieving emails related to different categories like Administrative, Informational, Emergency, Billing, etc. We would check the boxes for each contact to signify which types of emails they should get. Then we would need those fields searchable in Customer Search so that we can create email lists based on those fields. This is already possible at the Customer level, but not…

  14. Turn off Autoprint on certain payments

    It would be nice to be able to enter a certain payment type other than cash or credit card which does not automatically print a receipt but keep the receipt printing automated for cash and credit transactions.

  18. Allow for display of Inventory item photos in other places i.e. Estimates / Invoices

    It would be great if we could use the photos we upload for Inventory items (parts, labor, materials, etc) in various other places on the RS platform. We would love to put these photos to use on our Estimates for example.

    Currently, once a photo is uploaded and attached to an Inventory item's page, it's useless on any other page.
