Hi folks!
Wanted to respond here and let you know that since this integration was requested, we launched Syncro!
Syncro takes all the PSA functionality you like in RepairShopr, combines it with a built-in and robust RMM, and adds more MSP specific functionality on top. So you no longer need to integrate RepairShopr with another RMM, because it’s built right in to Syncro.
You can check Syncro out at https://syncromsp.com/?campID=uvat
If you’re interested in switching, we can migrate your RepairShopr data to a new Syncro account. Just ask our support team for more info :)
Let me know if you have any questions,
Troy

An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedAs great of a solution as RepairShopr is I am really surprised that this is not already a feature that has been developed and published especially as many subscribers are asking for it since March 2014. We definitely need a way to keep up with all the micro details that go in to a project plus the ability to assign them to the tech with that skill set, all while tracking the time to a project work order.
Having this info centralized in RepairShopr means we won't be looking at other 3rd party solutions that drive us away from our core business app for managing time, work orders, estimates and invoices. Hope to see this soon!!

A project management area is definitely needed in RepairShopr. It is one of the biggest features missing that would make RepairShopr a complete solution for busy work environments where you have a lot of ongoing projects that span days or weeks and where a work order/ticket just doesn't cut it.
A customizable Kanban style board where you can track the many moving parts of a project is a must to include to do's, assigned, in progress, waiting on parts, time tracking (like you do in a work order), etc. It is very easy for a project to go off track and become unprofitable or blow up the scope of work when you have disconnects between project management and your billing system. I hope we will see this in the near future as it is forcing my firm to look at competitors that already offer this feature. We love RepairShopr but we desperately need this feature natively in your solution. :)
