I would also like to have the ability to adjust (lower) the value of the refund for restocking fees etc. When goods are returned without packaging (resalable condition) a full refund credit is not given. Currently we have to process the refund and then create a second invoice to recover the deducted value. As mentioned above in #1, being able to add a "sale" line to a refunded invoice would be very helpful.

I think this would a big time saver. What a great time to update all your inventory details especially the retail prices when you receive inventory.

To add to the above, oversold (negative) qty should show on the report. Sometimes inventory is off for whatever reason and is oversold. This report will add the inventory item HOWEVER will not report the value as negative. Allowing both negative and positive quantities would make the report more useful.

We do plan to do this eventually, it is pretty far down our list at the moment. Maybe if it gets closer to 50 votes it could happen in a few months.

This would be a great help to be able to show only the open for business hours as well as staff scheduled to work on any particular day. Unavailable or (day off) to be grayed out would be awesome.

I agree, showing how much was discounted gives the customer perceived value and is a common practice with big boxes.

We are also having problems with auto reordering. Our "Inventory Pending Orders Shopping" list is showing hundreds of inventory items that have 0 in-stock and 0 set for reorder.
Many of these inventory items may never be reordered and I cannot see how to remove from the pending order/shopping list.
I would like to suggest the following to improve functionality:
Add inventory items to the pending orders/shopping list ONLY when the set reorder qty and desired qty is true. DO NOT allow zero or blanks to be included or have a check box to turn off reordering function for that item)
Add an option/column to Delete inventory items/lines from the pending order/shopping

Great Idea. I think it would be very helpful to create an estimate, take a deposit and then process the order. If the deposit could auto adjust itself on the final invoice that we be even better.
