    Thanks for all the votes and comments here, we are going to change this to stop auto-subscribing when a comment is made. Should be able to get that change out any day now.

    I just want to see the ability to have a shorter version of a canned response that populates the SMS box only. Right now it adds the full canned response to both fields, but since it is the same I have to go in and adjust the SMS to make it shorter.

    I would really like to see this happen. Batch invoices do not change the invoice status, and it seems that they should.
