Item Sales History
I think it would be a good idea to put an items sales history in the product description page. That way you can easily track what invoices an item was sold on. This would help in finding quantity errors as well as general inquires as to who parts were sold to.

Customers and Assets - ability to color code or add icons
Would be great if we could add icons to customers and assets. This could be used many ways. Here's one that illustrates it well.
A customer calls in. They say they're from XYZ Corp. I start to create a ticket and as the customer comes up I see a couple badges that show they are an RMM customer and that that they have a certain type of agreement. As I add the asset, I should be able to see icons telling me if that specific device is on the RMM. These could be custom fields on the customer and asset…

Email Intake Form (i.e. returns number) AUTOMATICALLY
Customers may book new jobs online but must have a ticket number to attach before sending items in for repair.
I must currently click the appropriate button to initiate this email - not ideal if I get too swamped to do this regularly, It defeats all the benefit of automation provided by Repairshopr!
Can sending this email be automated so manual intervention is not required at our end? regards Dave10 votes -
Parts Kits created from inventory items
The ability to select items from our parts inventory and name them as a kit, several of our service jobs use multiple items from the parts inventory sometimes 20 individual items with multiple volumes of these items, we could create kits, making it easier for the engineer to select the correct items and ensure stock levels are managed more efficiently.

More Notification Badges
We need more red notification badges. The one on the Leads sections is helpful, but too often I see unread customer replies on the Customer or Tickets section, that don't show up. We need the Red badge on Customer and Tickets tab. As well as the email/attachements tab inside of leads. That way when someone opens up a lead they can see if there is anything sitting under each section. My employees do not check that, but would if it caught their attention.

Add referral source to leads module
Would be really good if I could add where the customer heard of us directly in the leads module. At the moment I have to save the lead, then click the customer name, then edit the customer , then say how they found us. So most customers end up not having this completed and its useful to know. Please add the referred by as an optional field to the leads module.

could we have a column added to the "Products List" page to show the location of the product?
This would save my guys having to go into every product to see where it is located in our workshop.

Sub Headings / Sub totals for estimate/invoices
Had a look through the ideas, didn't see anything strictly what i am looking for. We are doing some big estimates (multiple pages) would be nice to be able to group certain products i.e.. (Audio components, Cabling, Hardware etc) also with sub total for each group.
Ive tried to manually add a sub heading and it has $ figures on the same line which doesn't read well.
This is more ideal for businesses that do Repair / Service / Upgrades

Customer turned of SMS notifications
I would like to see if and when a customer has turned off SMS notifications. Sometimes SMS notification are automatically turned off if there is an error in the number. Sometimes my techs correct the number, but forget to turn back on the ability to SMS that customer. I don't want to turn it back on if it was a customer's choice to turn it off.

Update Communication Log to tickets and tickets to Communication logs
We are trying to streamline customer contact logs. Right now when a customer calls or visits we need to add a log from the customer's Info screen and then copy and paste the update into the ticket. Or if we are updating a ticket from a call or visit, we update the ticket and then copy and paste that into the communication log.
It would be nice to have a way to update the ticket directly from the customer's info screen to the ticket that we are working on. And a way to Update the communication log from the ticket…

Price printing label option
I would like to be able to remove the price field from the label. It would be nice at a global level to select this as on or off, Or at an individual inventory item level to select "print price"

Integrate EFTPOS Terminals in Australia
There is no option available to have EFTPOS terminals integrate with RepairShopr in Australia at present.
Having the invoice transaction created in RepairShopr automatically populate the EFTPOS terminal to provide seamless and accurate payment integration reduces transaction and till reconciliation time, minimises mistakes, looks professional.
I would be happy to pay extra for this feature. Any other company based in Australia prepared to pay to have this feature developed specifically for the Australian market?

Scan barcode to change status on tickets.
One of my employees gave me an idea that I think would be great for R.S.
Can we make it somehow that if a ticket is open, we could scan a barcode to set the ticket as completed or resolved?
I could imagine a really slick setup of a bunch of our computers that were getting tuned-up and then after they are done I could scan each computer and then put it on the shelf to mark it as completed. This would be very efficient and we already have a scanner, barcodes, printers, and canned responses, so all that's left…

Inventory Label printing in PDF does not print part location on the label we had to add location to the Inventory item name.

Add confirmation when clicking "Email Statement" from main customer screen
Sometimes this is clicked instead of "PDF Statement". It would be nice if it popped up and asked if you wanted to send the statement.

Can change the inventory display to show the Retail price and the Wholesale price rather than the cost
The wholesale cost is a better display in inventory as this is the cheapest that we would want to sell an item. Not what we paid as not all staff are able to make a calculation on how cheap they should go when giving discount.

Open In New Tab from Search All The Things
It would be very handy to be able to right click and open search results in a new tab from the Search All The Things bar, as right now this cannot currently be done.

allow invoices numbers associated with a deleted invoice to be recycled.
When an invoice is deleted our system does not use that number nexts so our invoices have gaps in the numbering if a duplicate or blank invoice isnt used. Even a void option to show the invoice as null and not in use would be great.
