Employee task checklist
This is in two parts. First there is an under review on employee scheduling that several people upvoted. We agree. I would love it to send me an alert if an employee tries to clock in more than 30 minutes early or if they are staying over more than 30 minutes. I'd also like to assign daily checklists to employees for each shift -- i.e. cleaning duties, paperwork responsibilities, opening and closing checklists. etc.

Really need a multi-currency option.
This is a much needed feature as I including others I am sure have clients all over the world, some pay in Euros, some American dollars, some in New Zealand dollar etc etc. It would be really a great option to have as I can't bill my customers for example in Serbian dinars if they're in any of the other countries mentioned above. Surely there's a bigger demand for this feature that currently presented.

Email private comments to a ticket?
Would like the ability to email comments to a ticket but as a private note.
Using the method mention in this url (i.e. subject= TICKET:TicketNumber, etc.);
https://feedback.repairshopr.com/forums/165658-general/suggestions/6373753-tech-ticket-comments-via-email, creates the comments as 'public', and with a type of 'contact'.The default seems to be a 'contact' type with a public note.
Any suggestions?

lead conversion report
Report to show number of leads and how many have been converted over a selectable time period
allows you to see number of converted leads/total leads by week or month for the last X months
currently you can see current and last month on the leads header so this should be a simple implementation that allows you to see how affective you are being on lead conversion without taking manual figures every month

Make Customer Name more Prominent in Beta UI
There is a lot that I like about the beta UI, but I do not like how far down I have to scroll to see my customers name.
In the beta UI there is a huge gap on the top right of the website that would be perfect to display the customer name in large text.
Bonus!! There is even a thin line there where you could display the customers signature right above the line. I would put the customer name in text, then just to the right of that have the customer signature right on the line. Would look…

Displaying Prices on Device Widget
I currently have made my own device repair page on my website which a customer can search for their device and book a appointment which displays the price. I actually prefer the layout and steps of the device widget in repairshopr to my current. Is there a way to integrate prices in the step?
Customer selects "iPhone 6... Colour... Broken Screen... And then tells them the price (even if its an estimate), if they are happy with the price they then continue to a appointment booking screen; which then comes on the calendar?

Show online payments & recurring payments on POS close of Day (drawer) screen and Z Reports
The new report at the bottom of the POS close of day screen is a great addition and helps when closing out the drawer for the end of the day. However it would be great if we could get a report of all the automatic payments and payments made through the portal that day as well. It would help us keep track of how we really did that day even easier.

Ticket Creation from Asset Mobile Scan
I would suggest making ticket creation of/from a particular asset available from the mobile app. In this way once you have scanned the barcode through the app you can Link the ticket to an asset like you can already through the desktop version. Then if you go out to a customer you can use the mobile device start to finish.

change the way you look at tickets under an account
When looking at an account, there is the list of all tickets under the account. When you click on "view all" it only pulls up the tickets for the current location you are in. It should pull up all of the tickets, not just the ones for the current location.

It would be great to be able to convert an estimate to a PO as well as ticket or invoice.
Once we have an estimate accepted we have to order in the parts, being able to convert the quote straight to a PO as well as creating the ticket would be a great time saver. This function is available in Xero.

I want an automated way that if an estimate that is over 10 days old is re emailed and notifies the creator of the estimate as well
I would like to have the ability to send emails triggered based on aging estimates so that it will re send the estimate to the customer with a "Just a reminder, we are going to start charging you storage" message and remind the estimate creator to make a follow up call.

Add an entry field in the tickets for the internal location of the repair item. Also if it could be displayed on the dashboard
It would be so useful if we could either type or dropdown menu a location code for the repair item in shop. This way we know exactly where to look if a customer calls or comes in to pick up. In order for this to be the most effective, it should be visible in the dashboard also.
This should be one of the more prominent type of information fields should be shown in the ticket template and the invoice template also.6 votes -
A method to combine items
First, this is different than bundling (as far as I can tell).
TL;DR We would like to combine the stock of two (previously considered) different items, and have a indication for our accountants/inventory people that those to items were merged.
We found out recently that many iphone 5s repair parts and iphone se repair parts are interchangeable, even though we can order these parts separately and at different prices from our parts vendor. Now that we are sure that we can freely use some of these parts for each other's repairs, we want to combine those inventory items to help…

Add internal notes section on invoices
when doing AR there may be mutlple times that I follow up on payment and it would be nice to make internal notes on the invoice so that I can see the last time i tried to collect.
