  2. Timeclock access on mobile app

    On occasion, I use the RS mobile app to access, view, and enter time on tickets. One thing that would be awesome at times is access to clocking in and out from the mobile app, as on occasion I don't have access to a computer immediately upon starting or ending my day.

  3. Estimate and Invoice BE the actual Email (No PDF attachment)

    Would love to have the option to have the estimate or the invoice BE the email with a link to pay or approve. Right now with the invoice or estimate as a pdf attachment it's not as easy to find. I tested it on myself and in apple mail it does not show up at all, just shows a long screen of blankness. You have to figure out how to find the attachment so see the pdf. In gmail it shows it very small at the very bottom. Would just come across better to the customers if there was a…

  4. Ability to add images to a bundled item

    I'd like to see the option to add an image to a bundle item.

    For my business, bundles are the item being sold, we generally don't sell the component parts separately, so to be able to quickly visualise the bundled items would be great.

  5. Filter Tickets Numerically when assigning Estimates/Invoices to Existing Tickets

    When you want to assign a estimate or invoice to an existing ticket, you click on Edit and then click on the drop-down list to choose an existing ticket. Some of my customers have hundereds of tickets and currently the existing tickets are not in any logical order and it is near impossible to find the correct ticket. If this could be a searchable field or at the very least placed in numerical order it would make this process way faster. Many times we duplicate similar estimates when presenting the customer multiple options but need to assign the duplicated tickets…

  7. Link ticket number to Purchase order item - similar to parts order

    I would like to pull up my purchase order and view the list of parts ordered and see the ticket number the part was backorderd to. Currently when I receive the purchase order I cannot see if the part was orderd to fill low inventory or specifically to fill a ticket repair

  8. Hide cost when entering parts / looking at inventory

    Sometimes you need to add a part to add/view charges or you want to go into inventory to look up a quantity or sales price.

    Right now you have to make sure the client can not see your screen as you obviously don't want clients to know what the markup is.

    There should be an option to HIDE the cost of an item when putting in add/view charges as well when you are in inventory.

  9. Add private, text updates to bottom of invoices.

    Occasionally we have problematic clients that we need to follow up with several times and remind them to pay their invoice. It would be great to be able to add simple updates at the bottom of an invoices (that only we can see). Something like:

    DEC 7 18 , 5:12pm - Called Carol to remind her about invoice and she confirmed it was transferred to the billing department and they would handle it on Wednesday

    DEC 14, 2:30pm - Got a callback from Carol apologizing about the late payment and she sent a messenger with gold bars in the amount…

  10. Worksheet Text Boxes

    When adding information to one of the text box fields in the ticket worksheets after adding information when you go back to edit it or add to a field the text box remains small, and the cursor will be where you clicked the box. It would be much better if the text box expanded and the cursor moved to the end of the box. This way you don't have to scroll all the way to the end and it is much easier to read.

  11. Labor Log Notifications

    It would be super helpful if you could add a little clock next to the tickets on the tickets screen and on each ticket square for the dashboard. This way you can easily tell which tickets are currently logged into and working on currently.

    It would also be great if when inside the ticket when a labor log is running if they clock would be a different color (maybe green could work for the background). It would be immensely helpful!

  12. tickets opened and resolved on Z Reports

    It would be awesome to see a "Tickets Opened" and "Tickets Resolved" on each daily Z Report. Or maybe even just a way to customize the Z Reports with some more information.

  17. Purchase Order Note Field On Main PO Screen.

    We have started to heavily use the purchase order module. On any given day we can have 15-20 new purchase orders generated and have 20-50 open purchase orders.

    As items arrive, it is very difficult to match the item that has arrived with the purchase order. Especially on eBay and secondary market purchases where you most likely will not get an invoice or anything in the package that you can match the total up with.

    The current PO screen shows the PO number, vendor, ETA, price, but no indication as to what the item is.

  18. Bring back comment searching for tickets

    Previously one could search through tickets by typing something that was in comments. For example, if comment in any tickets included code ACBDF-GJHIK, and one searched for ACBDF, it would show in the search results.

    When a customer replies to an estimate or invoice can a notification be given on the respective tab at the top of the UI? There is sometimes a red dot with a number on the leads tab. Can something like this be done for all the others as well so customers are not falling through the cracks or replied to late?
    A notification When a customer replies would make my life a lot easier.

  20. Add a Way to Disable from Stockout Report

    It would be really helpful if there was a way to disable items from the stockout report. Inventory piles up after a while, and we've gotten rid of a lot, but going through one-by-one in Inventory is time consuming and can be somewhat frustrating.
