Bring back comment searching for tickets
Previously one could search through tickets by typing something that was in comments. For example, if comment in any tickets included code ACBDF-GJHIK, and one searched for ACBDF, it would show in the search results.

This seems like such basic functionality...but it's been years and still nada!

Agreed, finding codesor passwords in tickets is a nightmare especially if you have a ticket for everyday with a specific client.

I agree. I need this feature quite often. It appears the search engine only searches the text in the ticket description field.
Is there is setting that can be checked to force the search engine to search all text in a ticket?

I agree. I try to document as much as possible in my tickets...it doesn't make sense that I cant search my hard earned troubleshooting results.
