  1. Add "Refunded" stamp to invoices with linked refunds

    The blue link at the top of the screen saying "This invoice was refunded - reference..." is nice, but why not just have a "Refunded" stamp below the regular "Paid" stamp on the original invoice. Then have just a "Refunded" stamp on the refund-invoice. Just an idea.

  2. Improve the printing system

    We've got multiple computers/printers to attend our customers.
    When I set every ticket printer throught google print, I get a ticket printed on every ticket printer on the shop.

    I imagine the quickest and simplest solution would be to add a second level dropdown to the print menu.

    It should be possible to choose to which printer is going to receive the ticket receipt and/or labels (In an ideal world, every computer could be identified, maybe through the browser, so that I could automate the printer selection).

    We think that AutoPrintr solves this, as you can now install it on multiple computers for much more granular control. It still doesn’t let you “select a printer” – but it does give much more control.

  3. Make tracking number links open in new tab.

    On the parts order page, can you please make it so when a tracking number is clicked it opens in a new tab? Not a huge deal but it would be awesome if you could do that.

    Thank you for this suggestion! In a recent update we’ve made it so that the tracking number links on the parts order page open into a new tab!

  4. Inventory Organization

    I think it would be nice to be able to manually organize inventory by our own placement. This way new items placed in inventory don't end up on the last page. I have iphone screens on page 1 but iphone 6 screens now have to go on page 32

    You can add a sort order number and sort from the Inventory page according to that. You can also bookmark that page in your browser if you want to default to this view.

    Let API access for other ERP system, for example for oDoo (openERP). When we add parts in invoice, now we can add it from database of RepairShopr. But if you add button "ERP" which will ask for parts information in customer ERP system, you will add possibility to huge amount of customers add ALL they stock to the system in 1 minute!
    Why it is so necessary? We begin use Shopr only now, but more that 10000 parts are in our every day changing ERP. We can just import them to repair ticket system but need synchronization!

  6. ABN for Australian Businesses or rename VAT , something similar

    I need my ABN (Australian business number) on all my dockets and invoices sent out. its basically a registered tax number for businesses here
    is there any way this can happen? or an option to change wording on VAT or something similar?

    You can add this to your invoices, estimates, tickets, etc. using the Advanced HTML editor in Admin > PDF / Email Templates.

  7. Add "Check Quantity" to Z-Report

    Maybe we're doing this the wrong way, but it's really efficient and easy to balance our cash drawer:

    Instead of adding all of the "check total $" values together for the end-of-the-day Z-report, we would like to just have a "total check QUANTITY" box. That way we could just total the NUMBER of checks versus the total dollar amount of them combined.

    Because we don't always "drop" the drawer every single night, this is very quick and efficient for tech's to open the drawer the next day and reference how many checks are in the drawer. Also, when techs are…

  8. Inventory label printing (manual, cloud print and triggers)

    Hi, I'm very happy with the google cloud print setup now. The only thing is that I don't seem to be able to print inventory item lablels through google cloud print.

    I think a quick approach could be to add the inventory items labels to the cloud print system, and if possible add an option to print labels upon item creation/update.

    My suggestion would be to setup the auto trigger option, plus one textfield next to the inventory item save button, where I could choose how many labels I'd like to print when saving (by default 0). Also maybe a…

    This is a customizable list in Admin > Customer Preferences so you can definitely add that!

  11. Add locations to customer purchase reports

    There needs to be a location attached to the customer purchase reports. I use these to log into QB and without knowing which location to log them under, it makes things difficult.

  12. Integrate with facebook or google+ reviews

    Hi, it would be great if following up emails to customers could allow them to reply and post it as review on facebook or google +. Also I seen a declined question about integrating book ins and job status with facebook. I've seen lots of salon pos that use facebook widgets and it works well!
    I've no idea how it works, just know its pretty handy from a customer perspective.

    Thanks! You can currently add a link in your Marketr templates to ask people to go review you on facebook – there isn’t a way for us to do that on their behalf with the facebook API.

    You can also google “How to embed a webpage in a facebook page” and accomplish the bookings in facebook, it’s just not something we’ll do for you – have fun!

    Thank you for this suggestion! In a recent update we’ve made it so that your thermal receipts should print the ABN too.

  14. Search Leads

    I would like to search from Leads that are not customers. I get a lead -> i send an email to the lead -> Lead replies to me and i get a notification email -> But i cannot search the customer from the leads.

  15. POS Module - Re-order or hide inventory items.

    Regular invoices are great for actual repairs. For quick POS types of transactions that aren't already invoiced like: Quick sales of ink, toner, counter items etc, those don't need an invoice so POS is perfect. But when in POS it shows all items like labor, all repair items including non-POS items. Being able to re-order the items or choose to hide certain ones would be awesome!

    Require that a "0" be entered in EVERY space so that if someone accidently hits the enter button, it doesn't close or open the till. Even better... have another screen that will ask you to confirm the count to close/open the till

  17. Ticket POS

    Under the tickets menu, add/view charges, Can you add a UPC code section? Currently, we can not scan items for ticket service orders. This will be very helpful in maintaining inventory stock.

    We probably won’t be making this sortable, but you can currently search by name on the invoices page. Our upcoming search updates will also make this possible from the top search box.

  19. Add Quantity to Part Orders

    Please Add another column for quantity. It wastes time having to click edit to see how many I am supposed to order.

  20. Better company support

    I would like to see where customers can be geared more towards business; currently business you can put in, but if you leave first and last name empty, it shows (empty) . also can we also have a contact name added for said business?
