Inventory Organization
I think it would be nice to be able to manually organize inventory by our own placement. This way new items placed in inventory don't end up on the last page. I have iphone screens on page 1 but iphone 6 screens now have to go on page 32
You can add a sort order number and sort from the Inventory page according to that. You can also bookmark that page in your browser if you want to default to this view.

I renamed it "onsite" with no dash and that seems to have solved it. :)

The sort order is totally not working for me. For example, I have an item called "On-Site Service/Training" and two other items that start with "On-Site." I put sort order "1" on the one I want to see first (most common), but incessantly, the other ones I barely use always are on top, plus a whole bunch of other line items that have "on-site" in the descriptions but not in the main name. What is going on? I tried renaming, but then it takes some time before it becomes searchable and is hard to test. I actually disabled one of the items because I was so tired of seeing it show up. Any suggestions?

Just being able to sort it would be a game changer. Having several levels of categories would be ideal, but even if you could just sort parts from accessories etc would be a start.

I really like this idea too! It would be really helpful for the sort order to affect the order of placement in inventory as well as the POS screen.
