PRINT button for Invoice
I think this is a little suggestion that may fix a big issue.. A simple PRINT button would be awesome.

Remove the possibility to delete all categories when hitting the back button
Right now users can delete all categories that are made by hitting the back button once when working in the List of Product Categories field.
We suggest that this possibility is removed asap as its possible to end up having to re-add items to categories, its not enough to recreate the category name in the List of Product Categories field.

Invoice custom fields
So we can leave notes on specific devices we get in, and a field so we can record peoples lock codes per devices.

Add the location to ticket appointment in the new ticket form
It would be nice to be able to specify the address when creating an appointment while you are creating a ticket. Right now if you want to specify a different address then the contact's main address you have to create the ticket appointment after the ticket is created otherwise the ticket automatically goes with the main address. Then the auto confirmation email is sent with the wrong address, and if you update it there is no update email sent to the client.
1 voteWe added appointment types, and hooked them into the customer address, more will be coming to tie in the multiple addresses soon – but the primary flow should be working.

Sort Bundles List
Would be nice to be able to sort Bundles the same way you can sort regular Inventory Items. Click a column heading to sort by name, etc.

Employee Commission Report selected employees ALL option
Would be nice to have an option/button to select "ALL" employees rather than having to click on each one.

Printing based on ticket status
Would it be possible to choose the type of ticket being automatically printed based on the status of the ticket, So any 'remote/call-out/onsite visits' tickets wouldn't be printed out unless required but a machine being booked in at the counter will auto print tickets and/or intake forms.
6 votesWe don’t print them if they have an appointment attached, let us know if this isn’t working for your case.

Adding bar codes to place on systems
Being able to take customer info and making a bar code to be put on system. For taking system in for futher repairs and to use to check out

Duplicate Inventory Item
If an item already exists in inventory the option to duplicate that item is very common in POS systems. I would hate to type everything all over again just for alternate colors

Allow Invoice Email to Seperate "Billing" Contact
I have some clients that person A) should be E-mailed everything I did on site and person B) gets the invoice. I know I can CC the invoice to a 2nd address, but person A) isn't supposed to be receiving it. A "Billing Email Address" and a "Contact Address" would be a great feature.

Changing the bill to moves the “invoice” to a different “customer” while leaving the ticket where it was.

Report Tile in Header
I believe it would be great to have a Report tile before the Admin tile. I believe a lot of us would love a quick access to reports without clicking on Admin--> Reports. May help users find these reports much faster as well.
2 votesWe added the ability to create permissions for reports access so users. They’ll then see a link to Reports from the Welcome page in RepairShopr. We’re working on upgrades to the tab system to allow this to be added as well!

Marktr - Product based email
Would it be possible to have an auto email based on product/service sold? For example, our custom computers come with a 5 year warranty. We would like to email our customer that their warranty has expired. Also, if they purchase antivirus from us, we would like email them saying that heir antivirus is about to expire and they should stop in to get it renewed before they get infected after expiration.

Fix PDF Line Break On Estimates/Invoices
On Estimates or Invoices when line items span a second page the text for an item will be cut off or only half readable. Would also be nice to have the option to include (or not) standard terms along with the option to edit the standard terms that are included on the PDF estimate/invoice (for that specific estimate or invoice).

Add the option for 2 years in recurring invoicing
Currently we can only select up to 1 year in advance for recurring invoicing. If we can also have the option to select 2 years for recurring invoicing, this will be great.

Option to NOT close the drawer each day
We've used a few different POS systems in the past, and we've tried everything under the sun. This is the first one we've tried that FORCES us to open/close the drawer. We're a small shop and we only close out our drawer once a week. Being forced to do a drawer count each day is a big problem. We also have customers waiting for us in the morning so for them to have to wait on us to open the drawer is bad. PLEASE, make this an option or follow the industry standard.

I do not want employees selecting another employee in the drop down menu from the POS screen. I would like each one of my employees only able to access themselves and themselves only. Is there a way to make this happen?

Inventory linked to our website. Prices / quantity synchronisation
Is there a way to link the inventory to our website? It would be great if we could have the updated prices in our inventory automatically update prices on the website. The same could apply to inventory quantities, and would be very helpful for a professional online ordering system.

Use Categories on tabs in the POS view
The quick buttons in the POS need to be more configurable. Tabs from Categories would be a great start. An option to make Forms the default would also be good. Color coded buttons, icons, product images, would also be helpful.

Let us change language on all customer prints
I would like to be able to change all the templates that the customer end up seeing. Especially the ticket receipt.
