Add private/internal notes to estimates
We've always used the private memo field in QBO estimates to make private notes about exact part numbers and our costs and availability at various distributors... This makes it very easy to order the stuff once estimates are approved. Without this ability in RS, we have to keep separate notes elsewhere, or look it all up a second time when we are ready to proceed with the order.

Create a Facebook support group
Please create a Facebook support group that could be at least monitored among the RS staff. Jimdo did this and it is great! They still have normal support but for quick questions its very fast. The big benefit is other users will answer questions also so its a win-win. Your customers get tips and answers from multiple users as well as your support staff in a much quicker manner and your support staff can share the answering of questions and have the (free)help of the RepairShopr community. Check out Jimdo's, I've personally used it and it's been great!

Would really like to see more tags so forms can be made to look more professional. In particular at the moment I would like to be able to reference individual Asset Custom Fields. Not just all Asset Custom Fields jammed together using {{asset_properties}}.
I have fields such as customer fields such as Password, AC Adaptor Supplied, External USB Drives Supplied, Software Supplied. Some of these are just checkboxes and when using the {{asset_properties}} they don't even show up when they've been ticked. The ability to show only tickets with no technician assigned
I think the ability to show a list of tickets with no technician assigned would be helpful. Currently you can sort by technician which groups these tickets, or view the tickets for individual technicians. It would be helpful to have it as an additional option in the technician filter on the tickets page.

Extended Costs for multiple Quantities
When the quantity is more than 1 it would make the report more useful if the costs for the quantity was extended instead of the just the sale values. Specifically on lines items of an invoice, costs report only for 1 quantity regardless of how many were sold. This would also be helpful on the various sales reports.

Allow for disabling of auto-updated ticket status
Currently, if a ticket is set to "Waiting for Part" and a comment is posted in the notes, it will automatically change the ticket status to "In Progress". Sometimes that feature helps but sometimes it mis-categorizes tickets. It'd be nice to have the ability to disable this feature.

Category & Sub-Category for Inventory (Re-order Levels)
I understand that an option to add sub-categories in the inventory module may be in the works (which I am psyched about!). What would be fantastic, is if we were able to flag low stock levels for a sub-category instead of at the item level. For example, as the owner of a tech shop, I need to know only if we are low on 240GB Solid State Drives in general. I don't So, I don't necessarily care about a specific drive being low on stock, only that we are low on 240GB SSD's or low on 64GB Flash Drives, etc.

Better Quickbooks Import options
We have been using QuickBooks for a very long time and over the years inventory items have come and gone. As you could imagine, our QuickBooks has several inventory items that we no longer sell. We imported our inventory items from QuickBooks initially and disabled all the items that we were not going to use. We then went through, one by one, each item and selected the "Linked QuickBooks Item" to match the category in QuickBooks we wanted. This took some time but we can deal with that. When a client receives an invoice they should have the option to save CC for future transactions.

Mxtoolbox Intergration
I use MXtoolbox a lot for checking information about domain names and pubic IP ranges for customers internet connection, it would be good to integrate mxtoolbox's api into repairshopr so we could get this information all in the domains asset area and internet connection asset tags ideally something like check MX records would drop to show the current MX record TTL and IP preference. And check A records would check known A records, such as the host,www and mail/owa records.

Lead conversion: Address entry for New Customer
When adding a new customer via check in mode the address fields each have their own seperate save button. This recurring need to save really slows down our customer check in times. Could this form be completed with a single save button?

Add a sales history table to a product's inventory page
Sometimes I need to go back and see when I sold a particular item to a specific customer. As it stands I have to manually search through their invoice history to find the record. It would be awesome to add a table to an item's inventory page that listed sales, including date, customer, invoice number, quantity, and serial number if applicable.

Add zip codes in the customer reports as a marketing tool.
This will help a repair shop to see what zip codes are most popular and if they decide to move their store it will give them idea what direction and how far.

Add UPC code and QTY on hand to expanded line item details
I am talking about on each individual estimate/invoice lines for the inventory items; when you click on the line to expand for more details, currently what shows is category, tax note, taxable, tax rate; cost; tech and the rma button. Here is would be nice to include the UPC code as well as the qty on hand.

Reporting for Parts Ordered on Tickets
I have multiple locations and need to track the dollar amount on the parts ordered for repairs. Ideally I would like to give each store a credit card and let them order their own parts but I cannot do that without a way to track the transactions. If I could run a report that says Store "A" bought $2000 in parts to repair customer computers then I could take my credit card statement and match the number up.

Shade alternate rows on the ticket & Invoice screens
The ticket and invoice screens would be a lot more readable if there was the option to lightly shade alternate rows.

Allow names or notes to be associated with phone numbers.
A lot of the time I have customers who give me multiple contact numbers with different people picking up the phone. For example, I just had a husband and wife give me their separate contact numbers for a recent ticket, but I can't make notes in repairshopr as to what number is associated with which person without making a note on the customer page.

Leads - Business name field but now where to enter the information
There is a Business Name Field but no where to actually add the business name only a First and Last on the new window entry form.
