Remove "Add/ View Charges: $X.XX" option
I would like the ability to globally (in RS) disable the green "Add/ View Charges: $X.XX" button and all associated functionality. I understand that I can disable it though security groups, but the global admin never has the option to disable it.

Change the price on the 'Part Order List' to retail NOT cost... or put both

ticket number and link to ticket on 'editing item' screen
When on a 'editing item' page, add the ticket number that links to the ticket, and also maybe an 'update and go to ticket' button

Customization Inventory Feed
We would love to see the option to export a realtime feed for inventory that we could specify headers for so we can use to keep our sales channels realtime inventory up to date.

Change Customer Notification for Appointments
We would like to to have the client emailed for new ticket, comments and have the option to email them for appointments. We don't want to update the client each time we shift an appointment in our scheduling. We're an MSP -- things get shuffled around daily. We would like the option to disable or select when a client is notified of an appointment. Thank you!

Hold prepaid hours until payment has been received.
Currently when we send out a invoice for a new block of retainer hours, the hours automatically get put into their page as soon as the invoice is created. We'd like it so that the hours don't get added until the invoice is paid and we can start using those prepaid hours.

Add Estimate and Invoice emails to Ticket automatically
The email integration with RepairShopr for sending emails to clients and receiving replies right in RepairShopr is great. However, I find it confusing that the Estimate and Invoice emails that are sent from my company are not automatically added to the ticket as a comment. This had confused my staff and has caused us to send Estimates and Invoices several times. I notice that the emails are saved on the actual Estimate and Invoice. It appears to be a simple implementation. Hope to see this in action.

Dialogue Box Colour Change
It would be great to move in a direction away from the light gray on white text boxes for adding information to things like new contacts or new customers in leads. the barely differential colour contrast makes an unfamiliar interface more of a challenge than it should be.

Serialized Inventory Organization Enhancements for Big Chain Accounts
All our stores are now working with serialized inventory for unique laptop sales. Hoping we can push for these related/specific upgrades to help make the Customer Purchases and Purchase Orders more usable during the ordering/receiving process, and the Search and Invoice pages more helpful during our sales process:
Add the ability for us to enter the “override sale price” on serialized items after the payout in Customer Purchases, but before clicking “Add to Inventory”.
a. This would also be helpful for the Refurbs module, since investing time/parts in refurbing a machine almost always will result in that specific sale needing…

Redirect to POS page after certain time
It would be great if there was an option in the admin page that would allow redirecting after minutes from any other pages within RS to the POS page and then the timeout for switching users. We have multiple users in our shop that forget to switch user when they're done ringing up customers or taking in new customers so we can't keep track of who did what!

Implement Opening Results in New Tab From Search All The Things
Currently, for whatever reason, you cannot search for something in the "all the things" box and then right click to open results in a new tab.
I like having my tickets screen permanently open and having to constantly navigate away from that page just to search negatively impacts my workflow.
I would love to be able to search and then instantly open results in a new tab without having to navigate away from the page I'm currently on.
So RepairShopr, is this something you can add in?

Ticket sort for customer contact
I would like to be able to sort my tickets by "when was the last time a customer was updated/contacted." This way we can make sure that a customer doesn't go very long without an update on their repair.

Color Code Tech Accounts
Our techs are constantly entering notes on a ticket logged into another techs account. I would like to have the account color coded in some way so that at a glance the tech would realize that they are not logged into the correct account and would know to switch to their account when entering notes on a ticket. A color code system would be a quick and easy way to prevent this.

Require Mgr Override to Remove Tax
Sometimes my reps click the no tax button to make a transaction a certain amount. We train them to adjust the price down instead, but it still happens. We'd prefer to have the option to remove tax taken away as it messes up reporting when reps use it incorrectly. This should be a separate function and permission that Edit-Price.

Void Button
Hello we just had a situation where an inventory item was purchased and returned the same day with a purchase of a different inventory item. The way I understand void works now is it just voids the payment, but then leaves an open invoice with the voided product with no way to record what was voided.
If we could change the void button to void the payment, cancel/change quantities of line items to 0 so it restocks any inventory items, and add a Void stamp on the voided invoice for our records. I think that would be very helpful

Improve upon the Google Calendar integration visual design & usability
Our shop has a Google Calendar for each technician, and we'd love to use the integrated Calendar in RepairShopr, but visually, it is incredibly clustered, because of the multiple technicians. Adding a show/hide function for each technician's calendar would be awesome. In addition, resizing the module (or having a pop-out) may help with the cramped feel. Even adjusting different technician calendar colors would be great. The current "Make Appointment" button/pop-up on tickets just feels very clunky in the current state, and makes it difficult to accurately schedule appointments in this way when you have a complex schedule.

Ticket invoicing multiple times ?
Is there a way to stop the ability of being able to invoice a single ticket more then once. Sometimes if hit by accident we will have multiple invoice for one ticket. If there is a benefit to that I understand and please share.

Add Ticket Number to Receipt Above Invoice Number
I don't see a way to add this to the 80mm receipts but it is how we track our customers the invoice number does not matter as much, if there is a way to have the Ticket Number above or Below the Invoice Number that would be great! Thank you

Add tax rules to labor
In Florida we have to charge tax on labor when there is a tangible product sold on the same invoice. Can you add an option on labor sku's that will automatically switch tax on when another taxable product is on the same invoice? or even add a "tangible" checkbox to inventory items and setup the rule to trigger from that option.
