Fix time slider on appointment details from new ticket page.
The minimum ticket length on this screen is .5 hours. The minimum needs to be 0.25 hours.
If I drag it to 0.5 hours and then create ticket and go to linked appointment information it is now 0.25 hours. I can't be doubting the time length with the limitations and differing results.

Custom colours in ticket comments
Currently, all ticket comments are white or yellow.
It would be good if we could add custom colours for ticket comments.
Yellow is used for private notes written by Techs as well as SMS messages.
I would like to see a way to differentiate between private and SMS.

Integrate IMEI or ESN search for clean/blacklisted phones
When purchasing used phones tablets, it would be beneficial to look up IMEI/ESN numbers instead of going to Swappa.com separately, this number could be added to invoices and customer history.

View actual time that a lead came in from main list.
Currently you have to view the lead in order to see an exact time. It would be nice to be able to see what hour/minute a call or email came in to the leads.

No Body For SMS update
When updating a client via SMS you need to enter the message twice which just slows everyone day the abililty for the Body just to say SMS Update. would help greatly

Quick Payment options for better external POS support
Make Quick Payment an independent action button like ‘Take Payment’ that allows the user to enter a Payment Method (the same that are available when editing Invoice details) and a Ref Number/Check Number/Appr Code. These fields can remain optional, but would greatly increase support for external (non-RepairShopr) points of sale by allowing better documentation.
As it is now, a Ref Number/Check Number can be added to an Invoice after a Quick Payment is applied by going to Change Invoice Details. Even the Payment Method can be changed from Quick to Other, which is what we are using now to indicate…

Change the time of day "low inventory"report is emailed.
A simple time selection box next to the low inventory report settings would be great. Our ordering for the store is 3pm each day, unfortunately the report gets emailed 20 minutes later.
I'd love to receive the report by 2:00 pm to better utilise this feature.

Printing serial number on small receipts.
When we sell an item on the POS, for example a Apple MagSafe charger, which is a serialised item, the serial number does not print on the small receipt?
I checked the advance settings under the template for Receipt Template and could not see a checkbox to allow serial numbers to be shown?
It does show on the full blown receipt/invoice.
Any way of adding it to the small receipt?10 votes -

Message Center - Unified inbox for customer replies and messages
A on-stop-shop place to see all customer correspondence or replies would assist in quicker feedback to customers.
Some messages and replies from customers get missed in the emails as at times the inbox at times is overwhelmed with notifications.
It would be nice to cut through the notifications and just look at customer correspondence.
Take it one step further and being able to reply to these messages in the message center would be amazing.

Use Topaz signature devices with Custom Widgets
Currently when using the Signature Widget, customers have to sign with a mouse which can be very tedious for most customer. Would be great if the Topaz signature devices were incorporated for this as well.

Force notes on Workflows
Please make a function where when a step is completed on workflow items that a note is required. It would be great if you can make minimum characters for the required notes, maybe both options controlled in admin?

A lot of Reminders/ToDo Changes & Additions
I would really like to see the following:
Reminders function under Actions in both tickets and invoices (Invoices often times need to be modified or questioned by management after an employee mistake).
Reminders history section (or just the existing bottom part) so you or the manager can see in the ticket/invoice/client section the ones that were done or not.
Force notes upon completion of reminder (admin optional on/off)
Keep functionality where someone else can assign a reminder to another person.

MagTek eDynamo Support
Would repairshopr be able to certify the MagTek eDynamo Card & EMV chip reader to be used with Vantiv. It would be nice to have cheaper options for hardware to accept credit cards/EMV chips without having to spend $299-$380 where the MagTek eDynamo is only $150 which is much cheaper than the terminals that would still protect us as a merchant from chargebacks who dont currently have an EMV chip terminal.

Verify open/close amount before submitting
One employee keeps pressing the enter button instead of tab when entering the opening and closing amounts in the drawer. There is no verification after pressing enter such as "Is this the correct amount you would like to enter?" or anything. This should be an option to prevent them from having to go back and close it with the wrong amount and then reopen all over again and have an extra report entry that shouldn't be there. That way if they accidentally press enter, they have a chance to cancel their action instead of permanently engraving it into the system.

New Customer fields in iPad app
We use the RepairShopr app on our iPad to check-in new customers. Right now, when we goto the "New Customer" icon, the only four fields are "first name", "last name", "company", and "email", in that order. It would be nice to replace "company" with "phone number", or at least add a phone number field as well. I feel that the phone number is a much higher priority field than the company.
